After going to both of their Toronto shows in March, 2006, I am very disappointed to hear this news. Both nights were incredible, though the audience was a lot more responsive on thursday instead of wednesday (possibly because of the age demographic -- wednesday seemed like more of a day for the older fans of coldplay). Also, Chris Martin even came out on stage on Thursday March 23rd, 2006 and informed the audience that they were filming for a live DVD... you would think that, regardless of quality (if it saves them money) they would release it. [thanks Paul-Alexandre Howley]
I paid huge cash to be front row for this concert just because it was going to be on DVD, otherwise I could have saved hundreds of dollars. [thanks Chris McKenna]
We don't want to wait for the next album without any kind of tangible memories about the past Tour, especially when the DVD has been so sponsored at the time of the recordings...if you really don't want to release it, please next time at least don't even talk about it and leave fans hungering for it in vain. That's not professional at all. [Thanks Denise]
Nous attendons cet évenement depuis très longtemps. S'il vous plaît, faites en sorte que ce soit un DVD et non un évènement télévisé banal... Nous sommes vraiment tous déçus par cette décision! Nous protesterons tant qu'il le faut! Merci. [Thanks Assia]
I want the DVD Coldplay @ Toronto, please....Here in Brazil won't be on TV... [Thanks Diego]
