  1. I think that one is so great! really genius and one of my favs. ya..hearing it was even cooler. awesome show.
  2. I'm a big white stripes fan. Maybe more than I am a coldplay fan. Am I all alone in loving both Coldplay and The White Stripes? Has anyone had the pleasure to see both bands on tour this summer?
  3. they played the hardest part in montreal? bastards. that's my fav song off X&Y and they didn't play it in Toronto.
  4. you're right they didn't play a message. Like the other person said it's hard to rememebr when your rocking in the 300's.
  5. you sure they didn't play a message? I can't remember but I could have sworn they did.
  6. no he's just messing with you. They didn't do any covers. They did a message. encores were in my place and fix you...I think. I can't remember. I know they played a message and til kingdom come. They fucked up like 1/3rd into fix you and chris is like "we fucked it up" and they went on to do it again.adding that the "fucked up" in the song. Coolest part was at one point they had "get your cameras ready" " 3, 2, 1" and all the lights on stages came on. Perfect photo opt, it's was awesome. Chris added a plane crash where everyone survived to a verse in politik and everyone went nuts. It was a great show. I might be fuzzy on the detail because I wasn't exactly on earth during the whole thing, I was in "a beautiful world" I hope I can talk tomorrow. shirts were $40. I got the brown one.
  7. this being the first date of the north american leg of the tour..they might change it up.
  8. The set list they've been playing all tour. Square One Politik Yellow Low Speed of Sound God Put a Smile Upon Your Face Warning Sign Everything's Not Lost White Shadows The Scientist Don't Panic Clocks What if encore In My Place Fix You no Trouble, no Rush of blood to the head, no a message, no the hardest part, no green eyes, no shiver.
  9. am I the only person a little disappointed with the set list?
  10. So they do sell them at the shows. Nice to know. I was all ready to order or make one.
  11. I love such a rush. I think it's a brilliant song.
  12. I'm heading to the concert in Toronto and I want to get a Make Trade Fair t-shirt since they are big supporters of the cause. I've read the MTF site and did some research, it's just ridiculous. I want to get a t-shirt to show my support now that I know the facts. Are any of you rockin' one? also where did you get it or did you make it yourself?
  13. half-crazy by music soul-child I can't get throught the opening first seconds without feeling like my world just ended again.
  14. does anyone hate how there are annoying people talking on the coldplay live version mp3?
  15. ok this isn't done in order of best to ..least best. That's becasue it's too hard to put them in that order. so here they are IN NO ORDER WHAT SO EVER In my place The Scientist Clocks Green Eyes Warning Sign AROBTTH Murder Brothers & Sisters Shiver Spies Yellow Trouble We Never Change Fix You A message The hardest part What if that's 17..their best 17!!!
  16. that's on the back of my ipod :)
  17. I thought the song was about losing a girl because she wants to be with another guy, and having to get on with your life while still feeling the pain of it all. Wishing he could work it all out, make things right between him and her. The hardest part was letting go of somebody he loves, because it's the right thing to do in the end. atleast that's what I got from it.
  18. no green eyes or trouble..they better play those at the Toronto gig.
  19. I love warning sign, having been through something like that. Sorta makes me tear up a bit everytime. But I have to say Green eyes is my fav. because an emotional sad song is great..but one for happier times is always better.
  20. I don't know how rare it is, but I have coldplay doing a cover of Songbird, an oasis song live in new york on decemebr 8th, 2002. I have them doing you only live twice live and all the recently recorded edge sessions right here in toronto.('til kingdom come, clocks, the scientist and a message)
