Ticket Troubles
thats bollocks, earls court shows ALWAYS release extra tickets, even U2 in 2000, and madonna last year released extra tickets randomally from time to time. if that fails, touts who bought to sell on ebay, will have too many to shift come the week of the gig, so theres a good chance you'll be able to pick up a few off there face value. i got two tickets to see beck a week before the show, for 99p, they were £30 each when they went on sale.

Earls Court 2005 Pre Order
lotteries are a bad idea, as its not fair to people that have wanted to see them for years, and never had the chance. take live 8 for example, someone i know got tickets, and mainly went to see robbie williams, great for them, but think of all those people that have wanted to see pink floyd for years, sent in 20 text messages, and got nothing. its crappy, but they should set up a fan club, and make people pay for pre-sale info, it would cut down the amount of "casuals" and touts getting tickets, and the die hards would almost be guaranteed good tickets.

Earls Court 2005 Pre Order
so even if it does sell out super quick, you'll be able to pick up tickets for about £15 each on ebay the week of the shows, as touts will be desperate to offload

Earls Court 2005 Pre Order
or a server that worked properly. touts probably got tickets, but they've already added an extra night, i reckon they'll add another, plus all gigs at earls court always release more tickets between the initial on sale date, and show.

what time do coldplay come on and how long do they play?
there probably would be cabs i imagine last night the line up for victoria was huge, and that was when they were still on stage...which is why we jumped out and went via london bridge. i was going back to waterloo, which made it easier, but yeah, definitely check how possible it would be to crystal palace - london bridge, london bridge - marylebone..could save you a lot of time queuing

9pm - 10:30pm get the train back to london bridge and do your connections from there if possible, as the line up for the victoria train was ridiculous after the show

Getting to Crystal Palace late... PLEASE HELP!!
not really, considering i'd of been stranded in london, and i had an interview this morning. few bands are worth that sort of risk, and coldplay definitely ain't one of them ;)

Getting to Crystal Palace late... PLEASE HELP!!
you're fucked if you're getting the train, it was a disgrace at clapham junction trying to get the gig last night. left waterloo at 5.45, got to crystal palace just as supergrass were leaving the stage at 8pm, plus there were a hell of a lot of people behind us at the train station, we only just made our train home at 23:40, after leaving the gig before they played fix you (about 22:20). good gig, but i'm never ever going to a show at crystal palace again.

To those going to Crystal Palace (few questions)
its not like chris martin is a total dickhead like pete doherty, so imagine they'll be pretty good with their timekeeping. which brings us round to my question, is the curfew the regular 11pm for London shows, or are the residents of crystal palace anal like the hyde park ones, so theres an earlier curfew? any answer would be appreciated, cheers
