Virgin Radio & Coldplay's Set
when you ripped the virgin radio stream it'd not make any sense to rip it lossless as it was 128kbps anyways (so recording with streamripper via winamp would have exactly the same qualit and it has about 120 mb for 2 hours - including the 40mins pre-show and a bit of ashcroft)

how early to line up?
I came to the concert area ~1/1,5 hour/s before the doors opened - stood around, had some beer with my friends for an hour at a mobile bar that was set up near a passing street - and after the doors opened (there were actually two entrances you had to pass) and I entered the concert hall I was in the 7th-8th row or so which was close enough for me ;P So eventually I spent about 30 mins in a queue (maximum). That's way better than being in the queue for like 8 hours - at least I think so ;) [A 2005 concert with only standing tickets and ~ 12.000 people in the audience]

Live DVD from 2005 Twisted Logic Tour
Just one thought, wouldn't they tell the audience before that they're going to record the dvd at this show? Just to get an even better atmosphere..?

mmh, don't know really.. i was in the 10th row or so, just didn't think that many people were going crazy or singing along.. but at least they played amsterdam which might make some of you jealous ;) or my expectations were simply too high after reading all these comments here.. nevertheless the show was pretty nice :) need to sleep, have to work tomorrow

Nice show, but the atmosphere was somehow not really good :/

Reporting from Coldplay's amazing Swedish show!
Setlist anyone?

Leipzig, 9/11
Does one really have to be there that early in the queue to get a decent place when standing and opening doors at 7pm with the concert officially starting at 8pm? I mean I don't need to stand in the first rows, but I don't wanna be in the back aswell ;)

Oberhausen/GER, Oct. 28th
Quite funny, the extract here says that they're going to perform in Leipzig and Frankfurt (both concerts sold out), but my 6 tickets lying on top of my pc-monitor send me to Mannheim :) Not the best investigation by the ARD ;)

Oberhausen/GER, Oct. 28th
I'd like to know how long Goldfrapp were performing and how long it took for Coldplay to come on stage afterwards :)

Antwerp Setlist, Oct. 26th --> Woohoo!
Mmh, according to the setlist posted here, 'Talk' was included. Seems to be a mistake as it is not mentioned in the setlist posted on the official website (which ends with Clocks - which would be the last song before the encore if 'Talk' was not played). Don't they have to promote 'Talk' if they want to release it as their next single? :P Not that I'd say they'd need to promote their songs on their tour (but that was the reason why I hoped for more songs from AROBTTH and Parachutes).. Anyway, need to make the best out of what I will get on 10th of november (:

Antwerp Setlist, Oct. 26th --> Woohoo!
I never heard the 'War Child-Version', but according to the text here at coldplaying which says that the vocals have been re-recorded for this version, I'd suppose that the music itself hasn't changed - and the chorus has exactly the same lyrics as the Japan-Bonus-Track.

Well, then take a look over here: http://www.coldplaying.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=423&page=1

Antwerp Setlist, Oct. 26th --> Woohoo!
Besides, any idea of which version of 'How you see the world' was played? The Japan-Bonus-Track-Version or the one on the 'War Child'-Sampler? Depending on that, I might have to learn new lyrics ;)

Antwerp Setlist, Oct. 26th --> Woohoo!
Actually, I had hoped they would change their setlist into the other direction and include more songs from AROBTTH or Parachutes :/ I would have liked to hear more of the minimalistic songs like Amsterdam or Green Eyes. Anyway, still 2 weeks left for me, mabye they can manage to change their setlist again during that time :P
