I went to buy some new sticks at guitar center (picked out some 5A's and a pair of rods...) and the guy at the register noticed that I liked Coldplay (he saw the equals sign on my hand [hehe]) and he gave me a $5 discount on what was supposed to be a $20 purchase, just because I like Coldplay. :) not that exciting, but I thought it was cool... ...anyone ever had a similar encounter? haha
