I thought yesterday's concert was a lot better than the previous one although we didn't get an encore... Chris talked a lot more. During 'Fix you' he was like, 'this is your canadian idol audition' and then afterward he said 'you're through to the next round'. He told us right from the start that we should be louder than yesterday.. then later he said 'we have the best singing audience in the world'...or something along those lines. in any case...it was a fun show... With the whole e-talk thing- It was cool being up close to Chris and Jonny. They're so friendly. One guy asked if his band can open for Coldplay and later he got to talk to Chris. I found out afterwards that this dude's band might be opening for them for a few shows in the states. I guess if you really don't ask, you don't receive. umm... We weren't allowed to take any pics inside etalk but i got one at the end because it didn't matter if we got kicked out... once i figure out how to post pics, i will...

yay! today is the day! don't know what to expect from the whole etalk thing but will keep ppl posted. yesterday my friend had mentioned that edge 102.1 put on a contest to see them @ 6pm... wonder if anyone got wristbands for that... we all know what happened last time they visited the edge!

kinda excited on going but then again...i don't want to be on tv... oh well... to see them kinda close would be nice!

I think it's a good take on the the original. Maybe it's Luke's high notes that i don't really enjoy...or maybe how his voice can be too breathy at times. I still like it though.

she's actually really talented. you guys should definately check out her album '19'. she has one of those voices that's so soulful, powerful yet pure and she plays guitar really well... some of the songs that i like off her album are 'cold shoulder' (mark ronson produced) and 'crazy for you'... can't wait to hear her rendition of gpasuyf...should be interesting.
