Because it is shitty, never used, and was laying under a pile of clothes, I was under the impression no one cared about it. so why do you think you had the right to throw it away? I mean, I'm not trying to be rude really. but you know it wasn't right. Its not like anyone ever used it, it was just clutter. If anyone really cared, it wouldnt be laying on the floor, under a pile of dirty laundry. Thats why I felt I had the right.

Well you see, I share a bedroom with an 11 year old sister, and I had to clean it today, and I was mad that Mekenzie, my little sister didnt have to help, so I got "mouthy" and he was like, you get your iPod back when the room is clean, so I cleaned it spotless, and then he threw a fit, because I threw away an old CD player that hasnt been used in 8642 years. So he said that my iPod is in the trash with it, And then I was like "You wouldnt throw away a 250$ iPod" and he said "Well I dont have to give it to you." and now Im mad. Take my iPod, take my life. Grrrr. I will find it. He tried to take my cell phone too, but then I was like "Do you pay for it, no" so he couldnt. :cool:
