  1. I've got a white iPod nano, 2 GB of capacity and I really adore it. At times I don't remember where I've left it, so I go around my home and I say.. where've you been hiding, love? And in the end I always find it!

Glad to hear you're fine!! My day has been pretty nice. I went to the swimming pool, the water was warm enough so it was really pleasant! Been playing ping-pong and cards as well. I took a nap - I was tired because of yesterday night, I went to sleep a bit late / or should I say early? haha  I didn't have a party. I was happy I passed the exam but I didn't "celebrate" it though. So does that mean that in the end you're going to go on holidays next year during 3 whole months? And that you would be thinking of taking a world tour? :stunned: By the way, I'll be paying 400€ per month for my single bedroom (self-catered ). I tell you that so you can compare it with the money you're thinking to pay for the flat you're looking for.

hahaha, I almost forgot about my hairy and sexay arse! But I am sure that you'll never be able to forget it! How are you? Ari, todo bien!! Bueno, tampoco hacia tanto que no me pasaba por el foro... y tú que tal estás? cheers for the congrats! :)

You were right! I got a pass. I can't even tell how, though. Oh well, yes. I suppose the teacher who checked the paper was quite wasted when doing that. That could explain it all, of course.

  8. Thanks for the tip, I'll consider all the possibilites. But yeah, I suppose you're right, it must be tiring to find the railway station with all the bags and stuff. well, if you bought it there then you'd be even more looking forward to listening to it once you were back!! :D Nighty night Lars! And have a nice trip to Dublin!! :nice:

sí, suerte, que falta me hará! De acuerdo! Ya veremos a donde pues.
  10. Yes, I think it was worth it. And it also helps you to have like a new perspective, a new way of seeing things. But don't think I'm such a fanatic of this martial art or something like that, eh?! :) I've thought of doing that but I could also fly to Glasgow/Edinburgh and afterwards take the train - the scotrail one to Aberdeen - (this would take me about 4/5 hours all in all) but if I went Bcn --> London and I had to wait for the following flight to Aberdeen I'd "waste" this time too. Buy? haha, I'm afraid this word doesn't exist in my dictionary. Buying a CD  Oh yeah, why not? You could even buy it once you're there too!

  13. I decided to join a gym and when they gave me the leaflet with the activities they did in there, I thought I could try Aikido (I had no idea what it was about by then). I felt I needed to do more activities and I reckoned that martial art could give more excitement to my life somehow. About the accommodation and some scholarships too. At least I know where I'll be accommodated - in the halls of residence, I opted for the self-catered option. And this month I've been receiving some letters of the University as well... I still have to book the flights. Well, same here about Beirut. But I suppose they make me think of East Europe because of the kind of music and instruments they use. I guess I relate them to that part of Europe. No. No vague direction. I've run out of ideas. :\

daryl! todo bien, erm..., dándome cuenta de que realmente me iré en septiembre, en fin. que quieres decir con ganas para mañana?!

    Sipe. Yo!
  16. hey Sarah! Hope you're doing well. Just a random question: have any of you watched "amores perros"? I'm afraid the title wasn't translated into English, so it's probably more difficult to remember...
  17. The analyst - John Katzenbach Plot. Frederick Starks is a psychoanalyst who is burned out on his profession, a vaguely unpleasant widower who is just going through the motions of his profession and who derives few pleasures from his life other than the predictability of his routine. This all changes, however, on his 53rd birthday when he receives an anonymous, and fateful, warning. The warning is quite to the point. The sender advises Starks that Starks, somewhere, somehow, in the past, ruined his life, and now he is going to ruin Starks's life. Starks is given 15 days to determine the identity of the sender. If he is unsuccessful, he must take his own life, or the life of one of his relatives --- most of whom he has not maintained contact with --- will be forfeit. I absolutely :heart:d it!
  18. Lars. That's what they say, but I have never "tried" Judo, so I can't tell if it's similar to it. Yes, it's interesting, when I'm taking those lessons I feel as if I was in another world, it's so different to everything what I've learnt until now. Yeah, I'm excited and scared about it at the same time!! At first I was like "I'll go to Aberdeen on Sept" even though I didn't get used to the idea. I couldn't believe this would happen for real, but as the time passes by, I'm realising that of course this is going to happen!! Tomorrow?! Surely you'll have a nice time there!! Are you serious? You were inspired by mr Condon? That's good to hear!! hahaha :P I think the very same thing about Beirut. I'm waiting for the last offers but I have no idea where to go. I'd like to go to an exotic place but I want my trip not to be too expensive though. So... I don't know. :(
  19. Rick. Holidays almost over? In August? Most people here start their vacations just on Aug, 1st. Kara. Hope you get this work placement then!! You've got to think that companies always want to have people who work for nothing as you said and that just want to acdquire some experience. At first I thought of getting a summertime job because it would amuse me a bit... but afterwards I realised this is going to be the last summer of my life in which I've got 3 months off, so I think it's better to make the most of them instead of spending them working. Lars. It's a martial art in which the strength doesn't play any role. It's all about defending yourself from your opponent in a way in which your adversary ends up falling because you make him/her lose its balance. It's really difficult to explain and understand what it really is... People who have been practising this martial art during some time still don't know what to say when they're asked what it is about. I'm going to Aberdeen on Sept 20th. I still have to book a cheap flight the problem is that there are no direct flights. When will you go to Ireland? Do you have other plans?
  20. I haven't been doing many things to be honest. At the moment I'm on holidays, so I just relax, go out, go to the cinema... I do the usual stuff that people do when they don't have duties. I'm also arranging the last things for my staying in Aberdeen and that's all. What about you?
  21. Rick! I've just realised you're a VIP over here!! How've you been? I haven't spoken to you in ages. heyy Kara! Thanks, I'm okay. Did you find a job in the end? Laars!! I'm doing fine. I've just come back from the gym, today was the last day I took Aikido lessons, I'm not going to see my mates in such a long time. And besides that, I haven't been doing much today besides trying to tidy my bedroom a little bit because it's a total mess. Oh yeah, I also remembered to what extent I forget things and I daydream... My teacher lent me a CD and a minute after I had no idea where I had put it :S
  22. ^ mm... I wonder the same thing at times. I don't seem to understand myself! ~~ I'm not going to feel bad about it. I know I did the right thing in spite of my faults and that's what matters the most to me.
  23. Heeey there :)
  24. I'm almost sure that anyone who was interested in playing that game has posted there.
  25. I didn't write that, I just copied + pasted it here. Look, if you click on the number of replies in a thread, you'll get a new window in which it is specified the number of posts made by the members. How do I know it's not you? Well... Are you pale?
