I just watched the Conan performance and it was so GREAT! "Have Yourself..." started out so solemn and beautiful and then Conan came on in his holiday sweater vest. I haven't laughed this hard in a long while! It was great and definitely begs to be uploaded. SO FUNNY! I have to have this for my Coldplay collection! And Will looked so cute going at his drums. :D
