I saw it! I normally don't watch Mad TV but I gave in since I heard there was going to be a spoof on it. It was slightly on the disturbing side! They had a part where "I named my baby after a fruit" and then he BIT into the apple! I laughed and then I cringed. Weird...and then there was a part where he said something about making the drummer go detail his car! How...dare...he? :D

Thanks for that article on Will's mum, indeed, Mandy. It's clear to see where Will got his intelligence and musical interests. It's sad to see that someone like that had their life cut off so short by cancer. ...I wonder if Edward is single also...and if he looks like Will... Although, part of my extreme attraction to Will is the way he bangs on those drums. Hmm...maybe Edward wouldn't be adverse to putting on a pink shirt, a scarf and banging randomly on drums for me. :lol: When you're done with him Mary, I get him next! Holy crap, it just hit me again about just how obsessed I am. I had someone else tell me to see professional help yesterday! Bastards...

I forgot to mention, I WOULD HAVE BEEN SO PISSED OFF! I'm not normally a violent person but I think some bitch slapping would have been in order. Ha...I said bitch slapping...

^^I can definitely sit and listen to them talk all day long also! I just had an idea, not sure if this was ever brought up in this thread or any thread really. Since we're all Will-centric on this thread, I figured we could post any Will interviews we find. Well, interviews that don't just quickly says his name and what instrument he plays anyway. Real interviews with more than a few words from our favorite member! I'm on a mission... So if any of you folks find any fantastic Will interviews, please post them. I've read a lot of interviews and found some that focused on Will. I'll search for them when I wake up tomorrow!

Finally got a chance to listen to it again. Thanks for the tips on the time range, I was getting tired of listening to the crappy music that was played during the show. Okay...crappy to me anyway. Right now, I refuse to listen to anything but Coldplay so everything else is considered crappy in my eyes. The interview wasn't that fantastic this time around. Not too informative and definitely didn't talk about that fall out. Wish they had, I'm very interested to know what was so bad that they felt they may need a Coldplay "divorce". The tour diary on their official site even referred to a fall out within the band but all is well again. Hmm...makes me wonder...

I listened to all the interviews already but if you don't get a chance to listen soon, all interviews are in the Rhythm Section Diaries on BBC 6. You lucky lady once again...although, if Will or anyone ever had a chance to read a question of mine out loud they wouldn't be able to pronounce my name at all! Yay for WILL! WE LOVE WILL! ...and I'm spent... :lol:

Hello my lovelies! I'm trying to keep this thread alive so we can keep up the Will love. So I just listened to the interview with Will on that Steve Lamacq show. It wasn't that interesting or newsworthy...I just love listening to him talk! I noticed that in all of Coldplay's interviews, they're not only hilarious and clever but they're also really intelligent! Not that I didn't know that before but when I listen/see the interviews, it just strikes me again that they're just SO STINKING AMAZING! Love to our Coldplay...and especially, WILL!!!! Did anyone else notice how many exclamation marks I had in just that one paragrah? What can I say? I just get so excited talking about them.... :D

I was so excited to see that there was a new interview with Steve Lamacq and Will...but after fast forwarding through most of the show, I still haven't found it. Has anyone had a chance to listen to it and can give me an idea of the time range into the show? I have dial-up at the moment so it takes me forever just to load after I fast forward. If anyone has any idea around what hour the interview with Will is, it'd be much appreciated! Thanks!

I just have to post this quote. I was looking up and reading old articles about the band and I found something pretty fun said about Will. This is from a review about their concert in NC? Not sure... "Drummer Will Champion beat his drums like they owed him money every song." Hilarious! It really made me laugh. And when you think about it, so true!

So I'm going to continue on with my Coldplay Obsession list: a) I have a tatoo already, planning on getting another with Coldplay somehow drawn into the scroll work on my back. By the way, Mandy, fantastic idea! b) I haven't washed the blanket I used at the concert because it still has "good Coldplay" vibes. It's sitting in the corner of my room as we speak! c) At work, I try to fit in a comment about Coldplay to every customer I speak to. d) My boss has told me I need to seek professional help for my Coldplay addiction. e) I have copies of every CD scattered in my friends and family's homes...just in case. I think that's it for now! :D

You're at work? Don't you live in Indiana? And isn't it almost 4am in in Indiana? And definitely a slow days in the World O' Will. I've been checking out some of the pics posted on the message board. So many!!!!

Don't you think it's odd that certain artists out there are commended for wearing bling and supporting really useless causes and others, namely our Coldplay, are bashed and called pretentious and whatnot because they support fair trade? I find it amazing that they're doing something so great for this world and yet they're ragged on because of it!! Sometimes, this world is so backwards...
