me too. He lives in my city but I'm yet to meet him. This will be my task for 2007! :D My friend met him a couple of years ago. Said he was the nicest guy. He walked into the middle of the street to flag down a taxi for her :D sweetheart!

but do you not find it easier to learn when there are actual rules? For fluent English there aren't always rules which used to piss me off trying to explain it!:laugh3:

yeah what tension? So rick - I'm 24, I work in life insurance at the moment. Boring, but I work with great people, it's ok money and pays my bills for the moment. In my spare time I do promo for new bands which I love and hope to eventually start my own events/promotions company. I live in Glasgow with a friend from uni. my parents are separated. I have a younger brother...I am trying to teach myself to play the guitar (despite the fact that I suck!) and I can play the saxophone.... what about you?:)

english is the weirdest language I think. It must be so difficult to learn because there are no hard and fast rule to how to pronnounce words. And even when there is there are always exceptions to the rules. Didn't quite realise this until I started teaching it. Nightmare
