My sis and I are thinking of making a spontaneous NYE trip to NYC to see the show. Sadly, it's sold out. Has anyone used "stubhub"? How can you be certain that you're getting valid tickets. I've also looked at the broker site that Ticketmaster recommends (which I hate so much!), but they're so $$$ Do you think they'll release more tickets closer to the date? I've been checking everyday. At this point, I don't care where I sit, I just wanna be there!

i'm so sad. i drove from montreal to this show for nothing, wasted 2 days from work, and spend needless money for a hotel. chris' voice must be in tip top shape for osheaga now!

hey, i suffer from the same paranoid thinking as you do. i got floor seats for my show, row t when they went on sale at 10am which are still very good. i just went on again for fun and there is row m available. i'm sad :(

i just tried again for fun and they have section 2 row m not fair!!! i got row t section 3 i hate when that happens. i always get the first 1 i'm given cause i'm scared i'll end up with shit....then this! argh!

i just got my ticket, row t seat 1 which is good enough for me. i had the same ticket in montreal and it was great. i will try again though on during the general sale for the pit. but those ticket fees...WOW!

Hey Coldplayers...I'm a lurker here, come on everyday but hardly ever write :( Just a question...I'm Canadian and have never lived the real concert stadium exeperience. I'm thinking of buying tix for the Udine show. If something should come up and I can't make it to Italy, do you think I'd have a hard time selling my tix? Do these stadiums shows actually sell out...considering their capacity? Any help would be great before I decide to actually do something spontaneous like flying to Italy to see Coldplay...aaaahhhh!!!!

Yes, they are with the Bestbuy presale. Unfortunately, tix are NOT refundable through Ticketmaster. I too purchased a bad set, purely my error, that I'm stuck trying to sell.

Yeah...the only problem was that I purchased them. Yes, I was an idiot. Pure desperation. I'm on hold with ticketmaster now. I was an idiot for purchasing this crap and now I'm stuck with them. Ticketmaster told me that it was the promoters decision to change the time to 10AM. Thanks a bunch! They refuse to cancel my order. I'd love to go with my sister cause she had never seen them. But like I told her...I'm sorry but I can't see them with these tickets. I will try on Saturday for a single seat. I just hope I'll be able to get rid of these tickets.

I'm so sad, there are fresh tears welled up in my eyes. I'm embarassed to admit it.... Anywho, I got 2 presale codes for the MTL show (me and my sister). I checked yesterday and saw that they went on sale at NOON...I decided to go on the website at 10:45 just to see and saw that they were ALREADY ON SALE!!!! WTF?!?!?!?!?!?! I checked for seats and only crap was left. 77.50 seats. I had 2 screens going and from despair I even chose the worse seats out of the 2 I got. Section 320 DD. I am so sad. I've seen them 6 times and 3 of those times were on the floor. I've been spoiled and CAN'T see them in the nose-bleed section. I feel like my dog just died, that's how sad I am. I know it's just a concert and I should put that into perspective...but still :( I guess I will try on Saturday with the hopes of getting better seats, but I'll be going alone to the conert. What a sad day.

I just got my presale code!! But the MTL show is now on July 29? I thought they changed it on ticketmaster, but then put it back to Oct 20. Anyone in the know of when the proper date is?

All you're supposed to get is "congrats, your request blah blah blah" I can't even remember if I got that message on my account, I'm doing this in extreme haste at work ;) But, I did get that above message with my sister's acct Good luck to everyone, we ALL have to be there with kick-ass seats.
