That is Billy after shaving his head. He was the lead singer for The Smashing Pumpkins...then they broke up. Billy then was lead (kinda) singer for the band Zwan (which had a few of the origiona pumpkins)...then they broke up cuz they had too many problems, and it just could not top the Pumpkins. So now he is doing his own thing as Billy Corgan. But there is talk of The pumpkins getting back together..but it will never be the same. here is some fan eye candy This is Zwan ...D'arcy was my favorite! She was cute! The Pumpkins
