aww it was such a good night! Was meant to be row 31, only got a bloody upgrade to ROW 5! That was some good times. My question is, does anyone know the piano bit chris played inbetween songs at one stage? Its a really famous piano theme, its been used in films and tv i am sure. Its driving me crazy trying to think of it! lol!

Well ok fair enough the height thing may be an issue for some people and there are some benefits to seating. Personally i had planned on attending both dublin and belfast, as i did on the last tour, and im sure a dublin date will be announced at some stage. They arent doing me some special favour, i feel im paying more than enough to see them and thus to have an opinion on the matter and i feel no inclination to "leave the tickets" for more placid coldplay fans. Im just a bit disappointed with it, thats all.

Yeah the beer and stuff is really unpleasant but its nearly worth it to be able to get up close. I just think this way is such a lottery, as lil burt said, thanks to the geniuses at the odyssey the floor isnt tiered and the last thing i want is to sit for however long lookin at the back of someones head. And i think you have a better atmosphere when you are standing, ok so there are sometimes some rowdy people but if the security is decent that shouldnt be a problem and u can have a bit of a dance. This is just really unnecessary.

Oh well, i guess we'll all just either have to brave the mobs at the box office or get on t'internet bright and early on friday. Aaaaahhh i saw them last sunday nite in dublin and they were sooo amazing! Im still in awe, pauls voice is actually so good live. I was kinda standing between paul and carlos, second row, and when carlos threw his pic into the crowd at the end i caught it! Those are so lovely pics posted from newcastle! Ive got some ill try and upload, not many are very gd tho.

What are the chances they'll do an ireland gig at some stage?? I mean they played ireland in 2005 and surely u'd do it around the time of UK or with the UK dates even? We always get left out!! Nobody loves us....

So there are UK dates, Birmingham, Newcastle and edinburgh in august and blackpool and london in november according to nme.com. Any of u lot going?? Im so pissed, i wouldnt be able to go to any of them! Damn the fact that i live in ireland!! lol!

I would have to say that my favourite is Turn on the Bright lights too. Its just such a great album. I like antics of course, its still a good album and i just adore Take you on a cruise, but TOTBL is just so dark and deep......yum...
