Don't Panic

I didn't sleep either :lol: I'm lucky because my Xmas holidays started today, but it does mean I'm stuck with nothing to do to pass the time :stunned: About the trains, when I went to the Bolton concert, the trains were held, and people directed to their trains, so maybe we will all be ok getting home that way (without having to skip the end of the concert). :confused: Everybody who will be there tonight - hope you enjoy yourselves! Lets ll lose our voices :lol:

Thanks Rachel & Fixed! :D I'm so excited now I feel kind of sick! :o :lol: I couldn't sleep last night because I was thinking about tomorrow; I even started getting randomly emotional... which is bizarre because I'm not usually an expressive person :lol: I just don't know what I'll do when Coldplay step on stage. I'll probably become hysterical and scream my head off or something similar... I hope the people in the seats around me won't mind too much :blush: :P

Ah... I have a bit a stupid question (sorry!). :embarrased: I know bits of Manchester but I've never actually been to the M.E.N. before. I read that Manchester Victoria station is right next to the MEN -- is that right or is there a bit of a walking distance between them? Also, are there any places to just hang around (in the warmth!) before you can go into the place? Too excited :o :blush: :lol:

I wonder if Blue Peter will show something about this on their show sometime? :huh:

As I'm in the seated part of the M.E.N. I don't really need to be there too early... although I think my Dad and I are going to set off with a good few hours to spare before the trains get a bit too hectic with rush hour and all that. When we went to the Bolton concert, the trains got quite busy early on -- plus I know from travelling to uni that there are loads of Christmas shoppers travelling at the moment... I don't want to get my nice new Coldplay-concert outfit too crumpled before the night :rolleyes: :lol: :P

I'm going! :D I can't wait, Im going with my Dad because he's a massive Coldplay fan, too. I think we're going to make a bit of a day of it. We're going to get to Manchester pretty early on and perhaps have a drink or something before we go to the M.E.N. I had a major panic over the weekend.. I'd stashed the tickets somewhere so safe I couldn't find them for a while :o Luckily though I now know exactly where they are!

Me too... I think at some point this week I may explode, implode and even... um... overupsidedowninvertedplode :o :P

:D Nice - my friends sometimes call me Hermione because of the way I get all obsessed about doing my study properly :embarrased: Just because I made a revision poster... and coloured it in... and stuck to it religiously... :lol: :P When I was reading the later Harry Potter books, for some reason I imagined Viktor Krum to look kind of like Will, with a buzz cut and deep eyes... so when I went to see the latest film, and saw who was playing Krum, I was a bit disbelieving :lol:

I'm so excited about 'Talk' being released! My friend hates Coldplay, but even she likes this song (shame on her for not liking anything else by them :o :smash: ). The single is released the same day as they play at the M.E.N. :D I'm going to have to get it en route to the arena :D

I was at Bolton on the 5th of July :) It was a great night - with twice the 'Fix You' value! I loved the fireworks - I was in the stands, and I could see this enormous cloud of smoke that came from the firworks getting closer and closer... and then it covered us, and we couldn't see for a little bit. :lol: I liked it after they sang it for the first time, then Chris asked if it would be ok for them to do it again - was anyone going to say no?! :D

The Scientist. I like the 'reversed' version of it on the dvd single, too; theres something strangely relaxing about listening to the song backwards :o I also really like Don't Panic... and In My Place.
