mmmk...right off the bat, i must say that i miss Pope John Paul II very much. :( he would never say such a thing. but anyways, Islam is not a violent religion. The West only thinks of it as a violent religion because the media only puts up a negative perspective and chooses to show all the violent riots and protests. Christianity has some skeletons in its closet too- the Crusades, where they slaughtered Muslims and Jews. You can't say that Islam is a violent religion without knowing ANYTHING about it. Islam literally means "submission to God". No Muslim in their RIGHT mind would support acts of violence or terrorism, these people choose to react this way because it's what gives them ATTENTION from the rest of the world. meh, don't care much for the designs or the name freedom tower (wtf?! at least WTC actually sounded good), but at least we're rebuilding. it'd be weird to not see anything there since it's just a great big gaping hole right now. this is what it looked like last year (click to get bigger):

if a plane didn't crash into the pentagon, then what happened to all the 60 something people who were on board that flight? it's not like the government took them and hid them on some remote island. people actually perished in that plane crash, you can't deny that.

haha it was quite appealing actually... my pilgrim friend patrick and me and i have to post this...my friend jackson walked into physics to day w/ a garish 70s pimp suit and PIMP CANE, it was too good.

bananas in pajamas were AWESOME my friend was a chiquita banana for halloween one year. it was the most amazing thing ever.

lol..it was pretty kickass, i must say. although today was decades day, and he TOTALLY stuck out :P i was semi 80s/early early 90s-i had this wacky scarf/shawl wrapped around my shoulders, shorts&tights, a long ass white tshirt, and some jazz shoes on :P topped off w/ a poufy hair bob with a head band and some crazy eyeshadow. i've got some pictures w/ friends, i'll post it when i get unlazy and retrieve my camera from downstairs...
