  1. $300? i was thinking of the VIP package... $4000.... did i say thinking, i meant dreaming.... it's a bit funny, 4 star hotel... that you'll only see to change clothes and take a shower... couldn't you do that just about anywhere?
  2. ClearAsCrystal, too bad you don't live near, in the san francisco area... my friend is bailing on going to the boy least like to... so i have an extra ticket to that too as well as a radiohead ticket... and seeing the work schedule chances are work will get in the way of the other show we were suppose to go to together... rats... anyone want to see the boy least likey to on the 2nd of june in san francisco? let me know if anyone's interested....
  3. me too... sounds like a good time... and sep is my birthday month so it'd be a great birthday present to me!!! as for airfare, is it cheaper to fly in to a closer airport and drive? get a ride in...?
  4. that's great... just talked to my friend who got his half of the 4 tickets (2X2) we were trying to get... so i have one ticket, only for me... for the sat show. sorry ClearAsCrystal for the initial bad news... i'm still waiting to hear back from a couple other friends that said they might buy extra tickets... if i can get my hands on one, i'll let you know ASAP.
  5. so did any of the California San Francisco Bay Area folks get tickets via ticketmaster? just curious?
  6. well, no luck getting tickets... sorry ClearAsCrystal... bummer, got dumped from the ticketmaster site even thou i was logged on in time... kept asking me to enter the verification word over and over...
  7. crystal... well, i know i'm planning to get extra tickets for the berkeley shwo on the 24th, to help others in need... if i manage to get extra tickets... i'll let you know. i guess when i try to place my order i'll try to get 4 tickets. all i really need is one :D i have two friends that i know want to go but haven't asked since i don't want to get their hopes up or sound like a loser and make plans just to have to tell them no tickets...
  8. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion 2005 Lake Robbins Drive The Woodlands, TX 77380 Capacity: 16550, which would be considered a larger venue it's twice the size of the berkeley venue... so let hope this is just a testing ground for a larger tour once they release the next album... i know that's little confort since either way we both want to see them... i hope i get tickets. it's too bad getting tix has become difficult in your area.
  9. are they playing a small venue near you? when radiohead comes to berkeley california... they are playing a venue fit for 8,000... they could have gone 15 minutes away and played a venue that could fit 20,000+ people.... so geting ticket this time around is tough, since they are playing the smaller venues... but the talk is they might follow this up, playing the bigger venues once the album is out allowing more people to see them... i think this is wishful thinking but i hope this is true since i too will have a hard time getting tickets for their stop in berkeley... so i wanted to hear if anyone else has heard this too?
  10. Nik, wondering if you have heard this or not, radiohead for 2006 tour is playing smaller venues testing out their new material for their next album release 2007 after which they plan to tour again but play bigger venues? i've heard some folks say this but it may be wishful thinking since some of those saying this didn't get tickets to shows in their areas so they might just be hoping that this tour continues on into 2007 or after their next album release.
  11. Nik, just wondering how many time you are going to try to see radiohead this year? and thanks for all the radiohead updates...
  12. NICE... Congrats!!! i only hope i can get tickets too... i too am planning on getting an extra if i can to surprise someone... tickets for my shows on sale this sunday... getting nervous as the time approaches.
  13. well, i'll know next sunday if i get tickets... and i'll post it so you'll know. if you want i can try to get an extra ticket so if you can't get it via your way... you'll have one a ticket with your name on it if that is i can get tickets... and if you do get a ticket, i'm sure there's someone else that can use it... i'm currently getting two but haven't asked anyone since i don't know if i'll get tickets... and snow partol isn't until the 18th of june... if my friend bails which is very likely since work requires lots of out of town travel... you can come with me and watch snow partol...
  14. nice post... but don't we all have these :P at least we should... ;)
