but you know which outlet sold it to you (ticketmaster, seeticket) and you have THEIR reference number. so call them, and ask for the ticket number, before calling wembley :nice:

call them. see tickets e-mail customer service sucks even more than the telephone. you might get faster answers on the phone.

I'm thinking the same!! it just seems kinda insane.

I have B or C gates, but on the small side part of the ticket it says "F or G". no idea what it means. I'm sticking with the big letters on the big part of the ticket :laugh3:
