If someone fails at English,his english vocabulary and grammar is weak. If someone fails at human language,he is limited to only a few words like lol. Its like you say one thing and do another.

It is not the same thing. Language itself doesnt have to be English,but thats not important in this case.

I didnt criticise anyone for his english,because the majority of the board is non-native english speaker and we dont need to be punished for it,just because we were born in another country.
