I watch most things alone for the same reason, I like to get engrossed into them and feel like I am part of the thing I am watching, watching with other people is too detached

Thanks to my sister, I've bought for my mum and dad already, splitting the price between us, but I still want to get them something a bit more personal I feel so guilty about receiving presents I want to get them awesome gifts this year to make up for all the years I haven't.
