the new version of Jump on this tribute cd (the song features david lee roth) is awesome, better than the original.

heh, no problem. the two songs he does are Jump and Jamie's Cryin' - the latter is online right now, and sounds great. I can't wait to get the CD when it comes out.

any van halen fans? I've been a fan since I was a wee lil kid since my parents are such big fans. I'm definitely a fan of the David Lee Roth era. what's your fav song? I came across this iVan Halen tribute cd the other day called Strummin' with the Devil: The Southern Side of Van Halen. It seems pretty interesting, it's Van Halen covers in the style of bluegrass, and David Lee Roth is singing on two of the songs.. I've never known an artist to do something like that.
