  1. THE SHOW WAS AMAZING!!! What else can I say? What a fantastic show. They definitely made some changes from the set in the first leg of the tour (over the summer). Loved how Chris ran back to the back of the arena during "In My Place," and the stuff about his hair was so funny. He was like, "I know you're probably all wondering why Coldplay has their hair like the Bee-Gees, but when you go on tour for a while, you get scared of getting your hair cut because you can't trust anyone to do it. Well, tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut in Michigan. The message of this next song is one that I will think of tomorrow." And then he went right in to "Don't Panic." Also, he included some stuff about Johnny Cash before they played "Til Kingdom Come" into "Ring of Fire." He was like "sometimes, you wish that certain things would fit together. So this next song is for Johnny Cash, Detroit's greatest musician."  Even though, obviously, Johnny Cash is not from Michigan. I loved it when Jonny took center stage during "How You See the World," and guy was on stage left and Chris was on stage right. Not too many blatant errors; they restarted "Don't Panic" because Chris didn't come in with the vocals immediately. :) But who cares? It was amazing. Everybody around me was really into it. Quick side note: my friend and I got VIP passes for the aftershow, so we ended up waiting an hour and a half after the show in the "friends and family of coldplay" room in the back for the band, and the band never showed!!! :( :( Has this happened to anyone else? But oh well, the show was still awesome. I can't wait for my next show!!!
  2. Love the second one myself, though both are great. Fantastic song.
  3. Gravity is a great song. I love the version on Talk EP. It's soo good. It must be a fairly rare song live. I hope I see them play it one day!
  4. Ladder to the Sun studio version would be sick on Hardest Part EP. I hope they put this on the single!
  5. here's to their second child. Any idea on possible names? lol
  6. Hey everyone...just wanted to introduce myself. Longtime coldplay fan, first-time poster on coldplaying.com! I'm a student at the University of Michigan, but live in New York when I'm not at school. I saw Coldplay at their first North American tour date this summer (August 4th in Hartford, CT) and I'm seeing them again in 9 days at the Palace of Auburn Hills in MI! Anyway, I look forward to talking about the best band ever with all of you. Cheers.
