Is HTDAAB better than X&Y?
I like all Coldplay CD's. My two favorites are X&Y and A rush of blood to the head, but I don't like to compare them. They are so great in their own ways! U2? Well, my opinion can be summed up in a mere smiley:  .

Vancouver 27th
I would have loved to have been there (I live in Victoria) but I didn't have the time or money! Yeah I know- you can make time for Coldplay, but I just couldn't...

My Long-Awaited Introduction
Yes, I knew the globe was on the Parachutes cover, but what does it signify? Thanks for the welcome! It's too bad, but close by Coldplay had a concert (Vancouver) but I couldn't afford the tickets at the time... I have to admit, though, I don't like the song 'Daylight', and I don't know why...

BnL New Album?
BnL (or the Barenaked Ladies) from Toronto are an awesome band who are not respected as musicians. People who do not know them well think of them as the guys with the really fast rhymes (one week), but that was their silly side. Their more serious side can be seen on the following tracks: Celebrity (Everything to Everyone) Next Time (Everything to Everyone) War on Drugs (Everything to Everyone) Brian Wilson (Gordon) Wrap Your Arms Around Me (Gordon) What a Good Boy (Gordon) Blame it on Me (Gordon) The Flag (Gordon) Jane (Maybe you Should Drive) These Apples (Maybe You Should Drive) Call and Answer (Stunt) It's All Been Done (Stunt) Light up My Room (Stunt) They are brilliant! My problem is, does anyone know if they are going to come out with a new album soon?

The official **THIS BAND/PERSON SUCKS** Vent Thread
Hedley has been around for a lot longer than you may think. Might be wrong about you not knowing how long they've been around, but they are still pretty good. Listen to some of their original stuff (before they got a recording contract) and you'll see how gorram brilliant a writer Jacob Hoggard is.

My Long-Awaited Introduction
I first heard of coldplay December 24th. I was watching MUCHMUSIC for the new Hedley video 'Trip' when on came an incredibly catchy little tune called 'Talk' with an incredibly cool video. The next day I ran out and bought Parachutes, A Rush of Blood to the Head and X&Y. It was love at first listen. Why oh why, I asked, had I not heard of this brilliant band before? I forgot about the Hedley video (which is still cool) and have been listening to Coldplay for over a month NON-STOP. My favorite songs are: Shiver Spies The Scientist Green Eyes Amsterdam (THE BEST SONG IN THE WHOLLLLE UNIVERSE.......!) Fix You A Message Twisted Logic A Rush of Blood to the Head is the best CD I have ever heard. It's cover is extremely creepy and I still haven't figured out what it is (A hoodie?!?!) but I like it. Also, what's with the globe? It's in the 'Shiver' video I noticed, but why? (Nice site you have here.)
