Great photos. Love the t-shirt (green one) that Steph is wearing, I purchased that one as well :D Who had the big Coldplay flag - was it anybody you knew?

Not too bad. Got to the Island late Friday due to work commitments and then headed to the festival on Saturday. Wanted to see the Foos but by 8.00pm we had had enough and left for the day. Yesterday (not as keen as you) didn't get there until 4.00pm. Saw Maximo Park, Lou Reed (not impressed as he didn't play any songs I knew - thank god for Coldplay!!), Richard Ashcroft, before making a surge for the front to get as near as poss for Coldplay. I eventually found myself standing near the sound area and got a good view of the stage. Can't complain - you did well to have been there since 8.00am. I was determined to get nearer than I was at Manchester, so when Richard Ashcroft finished his set I made a break for it to see how far forward I could get!!

I know it took me a while to figure out where these flowers were coming from - and all for a good cause too!! Great stuff. Who was jealous of the girl that got to go on stage!!! Me!!

Did anybody go past the MTF stall and sign their petition? Also did you purchase the sunflowers which seemed to be all the rage around the festival site!! I have got mine!

I did. Unfortunately I suffer from hayfever and my eye feels like I have done a few rounds with tyson - it has swelled up a bit!! The loos were rather wonderful weren't they!! Knew that I wasn't going to going in the lap of luxury now!! :) This was my first time and you just can't experience the atmosphere from watching the telly - you have to be there and by golly wasn't it great to be there. My feet are killing me now and I am quite surprised that I have still got a voice after all the screaming, shouting and singing that I did last night. Just remember one thing - Do the Crouch!!!

Unfortunately, I could not get as close as some of you, but I got close enough to be able to see them without the aid of binoculars. Absolutely brilliant!! Loved when he messed up Perfect Day and doing the Crouch. Near where I was standing people were singing the Do the Crouch song, to try and get them to come back on - it was great. What a way to end the festival!! :thumbsup: Sorry that I wasn't able to meet some of you guys. :(

Unfortunately, I did not have the time or money to pull that one off, although it was a great idea - I should have thought about it earlier. I have created a banner though which mentions the Coldplaying Charity Club, so I hope that will get picked up by people. Will let you know what happens.
