  1. They haven't been that band yet, but they're probably big enough to pull it off now. In 2008, they played MTL (July) and Ottawa (October). In 2009, they played MTL too.
  2. Rare de voir un "pattern" comme... Grande ville (break de 3 jours) Grande ville (break de 3 jours) et Calgary Edmonton (lendemain) Je crois que la demande sera forte, mais je ne pense pas qu'il sera "difficile" d'avoir des billets si quelqu'un veux y aller... just watch for when tix go on sale (including the pre-sale).
  3. We're having the same discussion in two threads :laugh3: What strikes me about the list is the big cities, with big spaces in-between. If they have the intention of playing other cities in the areas, they could've announced them now, and the list would've looked more "typical". TO - July 23 MTL - July 26 Boston - July 29
Calgary/Edmonton; Seatlle/Portland). You'd think if they were going to Ottawa, they'd have announced it with this list. Why relatively short list with big spaces in-between?
  5. That's possible too... but I could easily see MTL getting a second date. More shows in the area.
  6. Pretty sure... Think they could almost pull off a stadium tour, and this is their way of almost doing it (or maybe they want the arena vibe). 3 dates between big city shows = room for more shows for big cities. Exceptions are: Calgary/Edmonton Portland/Seatlle Smaller cities, less population = Back to back dates Underlying Trend for all = Trying to get max attendance per area. In MTL, you get multiple dates... in Calgary/Edmonton, you get back-to-back dates, one each... Already 2 LA dates. Just my thought.
  7. Pas mal certain qu'ils vont jouer un deuxième show à Montréal... il y a un grand écart entre le show de TO et celui de MTL (et celui de Boston).
  8. Just looked at the North American tourdates... I wonder if they're planning on having multiple shows / city. Dates are spread out btw cities, time for 2nd shows, where necessary.
  9. So if she IS a Princess (from China, in fact), then why would she sing she COULD have been a Princess? She ALREADY is one. Sorry for the BOLD, just trying to emphasize.
  10. I definitely don't think the song is to be taken literally. I do think it shows a lack of due diligence on Coldplay's part.
  11. In your story, she is a Princess. She sings that she could have been a Princess.
  12. How can she have a Prince/Princess relationship with someone who wants a King/Queen relationship? The best explanation is: They'd be together... She'd feel like a "Princess"... He'd feel like a "King"...
