Yesterday, me thinked that song should be called "Queen of China". Why? Because King go with Queen (not "Princess"). If he King, and she with him, then she become Queen. You see? OK, but then last night, I realized the following: Maybe the line "you'd be a King" is a reference to the future. The male, currently Prince, would become the King. Basically, we're gaining insight into the female character's persona. She's doesn't really care for the guy. She cares more about what he will be (and what she'll be, Queen). For me it is. There has actually NEVER been a Coldplay song that I hated from the beginning - I did so with PoC. Has anyone else thought about this being the actual 'Worst song of Coldplay ever'?

Was watching The Karate Kid the other day and shortly after Mr Miyagi fight scene, I noticed a very familiar piece of music that I would say is identical to Princess Of China. I heard this song yesterday [ame= ] [/ame] The riff reminds me a lot of POC, it's not the same, but it's close it and even has the oohooh's... I'm just pointing this out and not accusing them of anything ;) What do you think?

so Rihanna isn't the most likable character out of all the other mainstream female artists (shes not as bad as nicki minaj or lady gross, but obviously still not up there with Florence Welch and Adele in terms of class and voice), but anyway i don't mind her voice. But still the band's collaboration with her was totally wrong yet it happened anyway so my question is this: the acoustic is a much better song overall in every aspect so why not have that on the album instead of the trash that ended up on MX?!! better chart performance? more appealing to the youth? flows better in the album? what do you think?

so i was going to post something last week and got way busy, but some chick in LA tweeted and said she was going to be working with chris and rihanna this week, and with him in mexico, and then at the bruno mars show at the playboy mansion, he's definitely in the right part of the world. i'll post a screenshot of the woman's tweet, but she's deleted it since, but just recently made some tweets that sort of sound like she's been working with them today. i'm not sure if this is the right place for this post, but i wanted to share the information that i had :D

Now I was thinking is there any way of extracting Chris' voice from the only POC performance (Rock am Ring) . Muting rihanna's voice on the original or accoustic .. and then throwing Chris' all over it ! Now , without meaning to be disrespectfull towards Rihanna, I'd love not to hear her on it. Im not really familliar to audio software and all , but does anyone know if it can be done ? if so , I think I'll give it a try.

I see Princess gets a lot of hate, whether it be for its dodgy sound or for the inclusion of Rihanna. But come on guys, its not THAT bad. I mean, Up In Flames is worse? Yes, Rihanna is very mainstream but who cares? Her voice and Chris' match up perfectly! Yes, the sound is like an overdone Every Teardrop, but who cares?
