4th Album
No. No. No. There is nothing more cliche than a love song.

Did Ashlee Simpson rip off Coldplay?
Unfortunately, there's nothing coldplay can do. There's a rule about copyright infringement.. if it's changed by 10% it's not copyright infringement. This is sufficiently changed that Coldplay can do nothing and will not benefit.

As far as I know "the coldplay" is something that radio DJs seem to call them, I hear it OFTEN on the radio, but I've never heard it anywhere else.

Question about "Talk" Live...
Well I think looking at it from a totally literal point, the bear is trapped in its little enclosure and doesn't know where to go, which is compounded by the fact that it's surrounded by that vingette effect. I dunno how it relates to the song, though.

COLDPLAY - X&Y (Dutch Special Edition)
Seems to be a CD with a bonus disc of popular B-sides from the X&Y singles... I dunno, unless you want a really complete collection I don't see the point as you could prolly just buy the singles seperately.

What If Single ?????
What if would not be a good choice. It's a good song, but only for the really devoted coldplay fans.

Proof vs. Gravity
Not as fond of proof. I just don't like the tune much.

the new dvd
Dammit. I was all excited about it being released on my birthday, too.

Post Your Least Favorite Thing about Coldplay.
Gonna have to go with the fact that they haven't released an offical remix of white shadows. I could imagine a wicked club remix of that. (Or even better, a pendulum remix!) ...In fact, most of their tracks don't seem to be given official remix treatment.

ColdPlaygle stuff
I... uh... honestly (not to be mean) it's a bit dumb. Like... I don't see what the point of "Coldplaygle" is. Coldplay doesn't have... much to do with a search engine... and combining the two doesn't really result in a word that sounds anything like the original name of either product. Sorry :p

Chris Martin's Jacket?
Here's a ripoff: http://cgi.ebay.com/INDIE-MOD-CASUAL-SKINNY-COLDPLAY-JACKET-M-vesPA-sCootEr_W0QQitemZ7757493520QQcategoryZ2997QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Chris martin's wardrobe for the X&Y tour was furnished by the nice collective. I wanna get my hands on some of that too, I have no idea where to get nice collective clothes.

Philly Show 4/6
Might clear some stuff up for you: The Johnny Cash thing is a bit obscure, but basically what happened was that Coldplay wrote the song "'Till Kingdom Come" for Johnny Cash to record. He died before he was able to get to the studio with the song, and Coldplay now does a little tribute in the middle of the show with 'Till Kingdom Come, followed by Ring of Fire. Hope that clears it up. As for swallowed in the sea, it's true. I don't think they play all of their music live there - the synthesis in most of the songs is controlled remotely, most likely by a computer off-stage. This covers things like the choir pads in "Clocks," the organy pad in "Swallowed in the Sea," the pads and clattery sounds in Square One... all that sorts of stuff. There's simply too much going in in Coldplay's music for just four bandmembers. As for X&Y and Twisted Logic... they're more downtempo, relaxed songs. Coldplay's live formula seems to be a more energetic set, and while the band wasn't at their peak during that show, for the most part their shows are really thundering, picking songs such as "God Put A Smile Upon Your Face" in favor of more relaxed tracks like Twisted Logic. Not saying they don't do ANY chill songs, I just think they go with the more popular ones like Swallowed in the Sea. Personally, I'd have liked to have heard some B-sides like Sleeping Sun or Things That I Don't Understand. And finally, the opening act bit. I'm not exactly sure of the reasoning behind why Coldplay needs an opening act, but when I was involved in club DJing, generally you'd put on a few unknown DJs first to get the crowd built up and allow latecomers a chance to shuffle in, as well as give the crowd time to settle down in their seats and buy the various merch items on sale in the lobby. Their concert just feels short, it's actually average length, especially for them. They really give it their all out there, and it's tiring work. They play 14-16 songs, I mean... Hope this cleared a bit up for you!

philly bootlegged??????
Still looking for the bootleg, but it won't be on the DVD. The DVD includes two shows that were taped in Toronto.

Songs before the Concert Started
Almost all the tracks they play between the opening act and coldplay appear to be rap, though I definitely heard a beatles song thrown in there. Good stuff.

Coldplay's most amazing performance
The live at the T performance I got really seems to have buttloads of energy in it, I love it to death. It's definitely available in the media section.
