  1. Yes, and it's Ok to be somewhere in between. :) It's actually pretty normal. In our society there are a lot of extremes. Either you have sex with all of your significant others and are a slut, or you wait and everyone thinks you're stringing that person along. And it's not like I'm not going to wait until my honeymoon to sex, I just want to find the right person that I feel comfortable sharing everything with, including sex. Some people see marriage as binding, they want someone in it for the long haul, not just sex or whatever else.
  2. This might sound weird, but if I met them I'd probably wouldn't tell them my name. Damn my parents. My name takes a few tries to pronounce correctly, and they are very busy men, they don't have all day to sit and decipher my name and I would be mortified if they said it wrong. :laugh3: If I met them it'd be like, "I love your music! You're gorgeous! You're my heroes! Sign this, you don't have to make it out to anyone."
  3. But society tells her to do the exact opposite and put it all out there. Sorry to jump in. :uhoh: Im thinking of waiting until marriage, I know that seems like a cliche and dated idea in today's society, but I don't want to do it with just anyone, and it just feels like the right thing to do. But all my guy [and girl] friends think that it's some kind of torture method, or that I want to string guys along, which isn't the case. I'm not one of those religious freaks that thinks that everyone should wait, that's just my choice. You should do it when you're comfortable and want to- not just to satisfy your significant other.
  4. I LOVE LOVE LOVE This movie! It's hilarious! And Simon Pegg looks good when he's all serious. :wink3: And it mentions my birthday! ahaha, that scene in the bar: Angel [Pegg]: You! When's your birthday? Red-head: 22nd of February. Angel: What year? Red-head: Every year! Angel: GET OUT! That has to be one of the best one-liners I've ever heard. :laugh3:
  5. British again. Scottish is sexy too. :wink3:
  6. I don't know if Chris wants a devoted following. Well, besides us. I mean, people worshiping him and saying that he cured them in some way, there's a definite 'ick' factor in that. Next they'll be wanting to sacrifice people. :freak:
  7. Wooo hooo. Oh, and I watched those vids of Gwyneth Chelsea put up, i didn't know she was so witty! :laugh3: :nice: The part about Chris serenating her was hilarious. Let's see what the boys come up with tomorrow.
  8. Yaaaay. I love their live performances of VLV, assuming that is what they are playing. The MTV awards were a little ifffy, but VLV live has gotten ten times better since then! :D
  9. I watched Live 2003 last night, and it was awesome as usual. And I had a Coldplay dream! I woke up really happy. :D I dreamt that they were playing at this small venue in my city, the Norfolk Scope, and my friends and I were outside like an hour before the doors open and it was freezing cold and drizzling, and Coldplay walked out! :D And for some reason my mom was there, and Chris was walking through the crowd and saying hi to random people, and he gave my mom a hug [my mom and I were separated, I was standing with my friends], and then he walks past me and taps me on the shoulder and goes, "Hi, how are you?" and I went "I'm fine, and yourself? :nice:" And I got autographs from the guys :D but I woke up before the concert actually started, damn. hahaha.
  10. Does Coldplay Live 2003 count? :P 10/10 of course.
  11. Aaaaw. I hope you feel better!
  12. Oooh, have a nice time. I will miss you. :nice:
  13. I want to enter and I should, but reality is stopping me. If I win how the hell do I get up to New York? :dork: I'm too poor for a plane ticket, and it's a twelve hour drive. :\ I should just enter and worry about all that stuff if I actually win. I don't know.
  14. No I haven't met them YET. Gah, I have to meet them. I should write to Oprah about it being my lifelong dream or something. :laugh3:
  15. A little tired. And pissed that my friend won't pick up the phone.
  16. I know how that is too. My mom was born and raised in Bermuda [british territory], but I try really hard to sound "american" or whatever because I don't want people to think I'm snooty. And I'm offended Southern accents aren't on the poll! :P Well, I guess that can fall under American, but I voted for British anyway.
  17. I feel all...strange after visiting that site. I guess it's flattering, but you knoooow Chris would not like it. :P
  18. But I get it! Hahahah. :P Coldplay senses fear and will haunt you until you eventually become a fan! And it works too. I burned the same friend a copy of VLVODAAHF and she likes it. :D
  19. Be Kind Rewind 9/10 It's like Napoleon Dynamite...you have to watch it more than once to actually get it. :P
  20. Wow, this whole page is adorable! :nice:
  21. Oh my goodness, one of my friends has the "coldplay foresight" and she doesn't even like them all that much! :P She's like a magnet for them. I'll wait up all night to see their vid and the stations seem to play them dead last. But Im usually on the phone with her at all hours and she'll say something like, "They're not going to play it." and Coldplay comes on like two seconds later! :P The last time she did that they played the commercial and the video! Hahaha Oh, and we went to this rapper's concert and we were ridiculously early, and the dj was just playing random songs and she goes, "What, you think they're going to play Coldplay?! :dozey:" And five minutes later the dj plays a Clocks remix! She's my coldplay charm, hahaha. :laugh3:
  22. 5:27pm Going to read. Or just spend some more time on here. :P
  23. Gah, I can't even pick! Let's see...if you put a gun to my head I would have to pick The Tell-Tale Heart. But I loved his short story The Fall of the House of Usher. He's one of my favorite writers.
