  2. Another review with nice pics! :) http://www.orangemelody.com/special.aspx?pk=34
  3. Newspaper in HK My English is not good, but I try to translate an article from a newspaper in HK, because it's interesting! It's by HK paparazzi following Coldplay these days! :stunned: http://the-sun.on.cc/channels/ent/20090326/20090325233740_0000.html Coldplay arrived in HK on 24 Mar around 5pm, some fans were waiting in the airport, but Coldplay left through a secret passage! They stayed in "Four Seasons Hotel" instead of "Mandarin Oriental" (where they stayed last time in HK). But it seems they like the restaurant "Zuma" in Mandarin Oriental, so they went there for dinner at 8pm by car. Although Chris is married, he still looked at every girl in the restaurant during dinner! :laugh3: 4 hours later, they left the restaurant and went to "California red karaoke" in Windsor House Causeway Bay. While they were waiting for the car, Chris took out a "breath refreshner" to clean his mouth! They left the karaoke at 2am. The reporter also interviewed with Will and Guy, they said they were not singing their own songs in the karaoke, they just relax there! And also no Cantonese songs for them! Will and Guy also said Coldplay new album which is originally planned to be released end of this year, will be delayed to next year. :(
  4. "tonight that person is me, unfortunately for you!" :laugh3: It's fortunately for me! How lucky for HK it was Chris solo last night!
  5. I'm still very excited! Some more videos will be uploaded soon.... need to break down into smaller size first...
  6. Haha! :laugh3: I also think I won't be able to fall asleep tonight! Too excited! Woooo...wooo...woooo... (still singing viva now...)
  7. just come home! I'm really tired now, jumping, screaming.... It was awesome! The pics I took was not so good, but I have some nice videos! I was on the 4th row, and when Chris came close, I was only 2 meters away from him! :laugh3: Most interesting thing was Chris asked Jonny to sing in front of 11000 strangers! :D My mind is still "Viva-ing"!
  8. 6 hours to go! Hope the security guards won't stop me taking pics! :laugh3:
  9. Exciting!!! Less than 24 hours!! In facebook, it said 19:00-23:00! So Mercury Rev will start at 7pm?? http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=49630017654
  10. Countdown one week! :laugh3: All $980 and $480 tickets are gone! Only $780 tickets left! Seems Coldplay sells a lot better than Oasis in HK! :P
  11. Yeah!!! I've got the block A ticket! :laugh3: Just found that more than half of the seats in block A are reserved for "Corporate"!!! Anyway, all people will rush to the stage, so it doesn't matter where our seats are!!
  12. Got it! :) Hope I can get the block A (or at least a front row in block B!!) ticket tomorrow! Very excited now..... :laugh3:
  13. Hey! Anyone know if there will be standing zone in HK? If only seating is available, then we will have to buy (or queue to buy!) the ticket in the early morning 17 Feb in order to get good seats! By the way, I will also go to the concert by myself!
  14. Yeah! Go go go! :laugh3: This will be their second time in HK! But the price is more expensive than last time.... :P
  15. Yeah!! :laugh3: I just got this message from Coldplay facebook! Let's go! Hope this time they have "standing tickets" in HK!!
  16. Signed! Hope it works! :)
  17. I think we (I am HKer) just hope (or expect) that more local people (Asian) would love Coldplay. But I was quite disappointed that there was more than half the audience were foreigners... And many of them were quite cool in the concert... Strange... :stunned:
  18. Thanks for sharing! In the last photo of the setlist, what did the drawings mean?? The setlist is from Coldplay?
  19. I think we HKers are spolied by the pop concert in HK, where we can seat comfortably without anyone blocking our view! In most countries rock concerts, usually the audience have to stand in a football stadium with hundreds of rows of people in front! And probably they have to pay more and queue up for at least 10 hours! So I'm already satisfied with the concert this time! Ok, I was in Block C, only 60 rows in front of me! :P But they should make the stage higher, I think they haven't considered that the audience would stand on the chairs, and Chris was always sitting in front of the piano or lying on the stage singing! :laugh3: And I agree that the transportation sucks!
  20. I have uploaded "Fix You" to youtube! But there are many more videos already uploaded by other people, try search in youtube! :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVf-AaDFOcQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIBTgm5D88I
  21. Today cable tv channel 13 also showed their concert! And after the concert, Coldplay went back to the hotel, some press were waiting there, but their guards used hands to block the cameras! :shocked2: They said maybe Coldplay was too tired to be in camera!
  22. I have 2 mins of Clocks video and 2 mins of Fix You video taken by my camera. But each are more than 200M, I have to find a way to compress it before uploading to youtube... I think it is not allowed to take photos and videos in the concert? Oh well, if Chris can break the law in a public bathroom in HK, so can I break the rule in their concert, right? :laugh3:
