1. i started this thread to tell you this because i thought it was interesting. not good, but interesting. i can't seem to find any information on it, but here's what i saw on my google history addon. sorry if i wasted your time, but i thought some people might be surprised to learn this like i was.
2. The Roman Catholic Church sentenced the entire population of Netherlands to death for heresy. I just thought I'd mention that. It's a good thing it never went through.
3. ^ that's not even a question... SQ... If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
4. well, i figured some people would think it's weird, but who's going to try to get me in a dormitory? that would just be funny. i guess you could just link a picture of the city in which you live if you're nervous about posting your house... or nothing, either way. the whole idea wasn't to give people's addresses out, but rather to show everyone's surroundings--be it your neighborhood, college, city, whatever.
5. i don't know if this will catch on or not, but i think it would be interesting. basically, just go to google maps and find where you live and then post the link to it here. maybe it's less of a good idea than i thought, but oh well. http://www.maps.google.com http://www.maps.google.co.uk Google Maps My residence If you scroll south east a bit, you'll see Purdue University. The big circle with the fountain in the center and the surrounding buildings is called the engineering mall. Google Earth edit: to steal gareth's idea (thanks)
6. the regular fix you is on the commericals for wtc, i don't know where they got the idea that it was acoustic.
7. there was a guy at the movie theater last night that looked identical to guy. he had curly dark hair like guy and everything. he sold me a drink.
8. well i can't put talk to the original, it just doesn't match up for some reason. it's almost like yours is played more quickly than mine.
9. im working on putting your guitar tracks to the actual coldplay tracks... it shouldn't take long
10. now i know at concerts coldplay have used the large screen behind them to make a countdown. looking through pictures on the homepage of coldplaying.com, i saw that they must have found this clock on a sidewalk somewhere. is this something they set up or is there actually a clock somewhere like that? you can see in the picture that they are on a sidewalk on a corner somewhere.
