well i found out that when i lay on my back i dream more then when im on my side or when im laying on my stumach... i never sleep right away tho..i normally think about whap have happend that day or i day dream about guy wich usually make me dream about him lol but yeh u dream easily when ur on your back,... ppl say u get nightmares when u sleep on your back but i found out that isnt true well at least not for me :D
