I've noticed a lot of people enjoy shopping as a means to make them happy... whether it be clothes, books, dvds, gadgets, cameras...etc.... But this doesn't really work for me. I don't really enjoy shopping. I don't enjoy spending money I don't have on things I don't really need. In fact the only time I like browsing is in charity shops - maybe it's because I can justify buying a £1 book ... anyway...does retail therapy work for you?

Not sure if this has been posted on here before but.... A plane is standing on runway that can move (some sort of conveyor belt.) The plane moves in one direction, while the conveyor moves in the opposite direction. This conveyor has a control system that instantly tracks the plane speed and tunes the speed of the conveyor to be exactly the same (but in opposite direction). The question is: Will the plane take off or not? ?

What would you have? Good friends, lovely food, lots of booze and proper cheesy disco music would do it for me. What are you having? *Opens bottle of wine and hands round nibbles* :cool:

I actually have a Saturday off work! I'm beyond happy, because I hate the place. However, I'll doubtless spend the weekend doing research for uni, plus I'm feeling really very blue today. So on this thread you must all cheer me up. :D In the process, you all might raise a smile too.

well this is how i feel been falling into the pub of late and falling out and the wondering why all has fucked up about me so how you this fine Saturday morning and yes it feels like a Saturday...
