hi - yes they used strobes lights on a few songs.. one that comes to mind was Politik (that one was quite intense in lighting in general). You can always see some of the videos on youtube (I put up almost the entire concert of Toronto July 30th and there is another post that has most of the 31st) and see how it is. Politik is the only one that stands out in my mind.

wow - that first clip was sweet in native HD format (1280x720)... doesn't your cam have an infinite focus option so it doesn't keep trying to lock every few secs tho? thanks for the upload however :)

yep - that little mini stage was directly in front of where I was sitting (in the uppers front row)... Jonny walked down the ramp played a few bars and walked back up to the stage... Might have been during In My Place (can't recall the exact moment and I'm skimming through all the video to see if I can find it)

Santogold came on at 7:45pm and finished at 8:15pm. Coldplay came on about 9:04pm and finished the last encore at 10:41pm.

Dunno about others but there was 0 checking at the front entrance - I walked straight in with camera in one hand and tickets and phone in other hand. They scanned the tickets and we walked straight in.

here's a not so great picture immediately after they walked offstage and the cleanup began... btw - I couldn't believe how many people actually got up and left BEFORE the encore... haven't they ever been to a concert before???

heh - Chris at one point during the show pointed at someone in the front few rows and said 'hey I have that camera - its a great camera'... wonder if he was pointing at you green_eyes :)

its on its way up... shouldn't be much longer... also in the clip is a tune they did as the very last song which I also didn't recognize too well...

as i posted earlier - opening act was Santogold (hip/hop with lots of electro sounds)... She started at about 7:45pm and finished about 8:15pm (quick 30min set). Then it was literally crazy waiting until 9pm when Coldplay took the stage. They wrapped up their encore at 10:41pm sharply. Short concert if you ask me but totally awesome nonetheless.
