I didn't FORCE it on anyone! I merely gave my opinion. And I happen to find law interesting. If I'd created this thread and said "I think that you're an adult at 18", I certainly wouldn't persist on attacking you for saying that you need to consider responsibility. At the end of the day, all this hostility is coming from you, and I'm forced to defend myself, rather unfairly. You're not even considering my arguments, and instead ganging up on me with your friend. Can I assume that neither of you actually are over 18 yet, and as such have no idea of the real world, and as such do not appreciate that whether you're responsible or not, you are STILL an adult.

"Obviously it varies blah blah children at 30 blah" My answer: Well that doesn't matter, they're still adults. Apparently wrong "How old do you think you will be when you are able to call yourself an adult" My answer: 18 for reasons I elaborated on. Apparently wrong "Can you call yourself an adult now" My answer: Yes, for reasons discussed. Where have I not answered the thread?
