Heheh, More Pathetic Coldplay Bashing
Summary: Basically a bunch of idiots idolizing Radiohead and calling CP fluffy knockoffs with terrible live performances. One guy stated CP's live concerts were sub par and boring :laugh3: Others called them shitty and terrible. It's funny because they all seem to think Radiohead is the God of British music  http://www.honestforum.com/hf-chat/160606-coldplay-vs-radiohead-opinions-please.html

LOL and this clown's from Ottawa too! While I completely respect your opinion, making homophobic comments phased out 10 years ago buddy. Lemme guess, you either live in Vanier, Crackburn Hamlet or South "Shanked" Keys hahahaha!

Floor C Row 30, you? It's stupid cause I was supposed to buy 10 tickets originally but because of price all but me and my friend cancelled so we wented up getting shady floor seats. If I were to have used my presale code I would have gotten Floor B Row 4!

See you guys at the show! Tickets are selling fast for an Ottawa venue. Most Ottawa shows take months to sell out and usually aren't busy unless its Sale date or weeks before show. Closest you can find now are 200L seats for 1 person.

I went to Sports Experts at St. Laurent at 8:30am. There were 3 people waiting. By around 9:30 thre were about 14 people, not too many. I ended up getting floor seats. Floor Section C Row 30. This afternoon they still had good seat in the 100 Level.

Its ok man, they'll be tonnnnes of tickets left. Not many people used the presale code for Ottawa. Go to Sports Experts Saturday morning. Its better than ordering online for sure.

Yeah im pissed that i cant use my code, because im going with 4 people so it would only piss me off looking at tickets i cant buy. Not to fear, i'll be at Sports Experts at 8am waiting to buy tickets.

Ok, so the show is confirmed by Scotia Bank and by Capital tickets. I just got an email from Scota Bank advertising the show and its also on Capital Tickets. Now we need to find the best way to get the best seats. I know for a fact that Capitaltickets.ca is HORRIBLE for big shows and the site always slows down, so online is out. I know that SBP should be open on weekends but i'm not willing to take that chance so i'm gonna probably go to Sports Experts in St.Laurent at like 8am and wait till 10 to get the best tickets.

CANADIAN TOUR DATES CONFUSING (HELP)
Its probable. Coldplay likes to make up shows for people who've gotten shafted. They made it up to NYC for their bad performance last tour so i'm guessing theyd want to make it up to the fans they annoyed when they cancelled the dates.

CANADIAN TOUR DATES CONFUSING (HELP)
From what I know the Edmonton and Clgary dates are cancelled/postponed until next year. If you want to get better seats you can try the Ottawa date in October haha.

Bad Rapper + Viva La Vida= EPIC FAIL
I was looking to see if maybe somebody had done any Viva La Vida remixes, seeing as there was a good Violet Hill mix by Cryptonites. Upon using Limewire I discovered a song titled "Young L feat. Coldplay- Viva La Vida". Naturally, the fact that there was a remix done by a rapper with "Young" in it piqued my interest so I downloaded it. Boy, this had to have been the DUMBEST and FUNNIEST remix i've ever heard. Its dumb and disappointing because he killed the song so bad it sounded like he used a blunt butter knife and a bottle of rum:laugh3: WARNING: Song may cause extreme feelings of hatred, confusion, WTF, ROFLCAKES and loss of appetite. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=3632010

I wouldnt mind tooo much if we didn't get a presale because i'm supposed to be going with 4 people. Being limited to 2 tickets sucks, but I feel for those who are going solo or with one other person. There's STILL no info on Capital Tickets about the concert, its a little worrying.

Thanks! Where'd you get this info from?

Yeah i've been following this for over a month now. Capital Tickets is the only vendor that sells the tickets and you can only go through them to place an order (alternatively you an go to any Sport Experts in Ottawa). The show is obviously confirmed (Lenny Kravitz got the boot for Coldplay). The Toronto and Coldplay shows are in July, Ottawa is in October, which makes sense why they'd have their General Sale sooner than us. If you want you can e-mail Capital Tickets and ask, but i'm thinking they'll be announced sometime in a month.

Coldplay Canada Pre-Sales
Well as long as you're on the floor you cansqueeze your way up. Its fairly simple as long as there arent a shitload of ushers (not that it'll matter). If you're sitting in the rows you might not be able to. They always have security watching for people wanting to jump down. Ottawa shows do very well, hence why they always make room to come, but they don't sell out completely. You can always get a few good pairs of seat a week before the show. Most people wait until a week before to buy.

Coldplay Canada Pre-Sales
Ottawa will be going through Capital Tickets as thy have sole exclusive rights to all concerts at Scotia Bank Place. I saved my presale code for it, but I have a feeling we may get another onefor the Ottawa show.

Wow, just for shits i tried my code for Montreal and the best I could get were Level 100 Section 111 seats T1-2, the side of the stage. Theyre going like hot cakes. EDIT: Wow holy shit! No more Toronto seats?!? I tried ordering tickets with the code and there were none left for 1 or 2 people. Thats insane.

Coldplay to Take Over SIRIUS Satellite Radio Music Channel
Alt Nation is a radio station on Sirius Sattelite Radio (a monthly paid radio subscription that needs a special reciever). June 13th they'll be renaming it to Coldplay Nation until June 22nd. From this period they'll play All Coldplay and some of the bands favorites.

Coldplay Canada Pre-Sales
I'm not sure because we go through Capital Tickets, they have the sole rights to selling alltickets to any venue at Scotia Bank Place so we might need to sign up for another one.

UPDATED TOUR SCHEDULE
Yes you can, they have to honor it. It was on the Coldplay site.

Just got mine too, but it's pretty much useless for me because I can't use it for the Ottawa date, there's no info on that date yet.
