  1. i'm always careful ;) i'm immune to the smell of spraypaint, i'm subjected to it every day at art college. wouldn't it be good if the seats we had for the gig were swivel chairs! :D swivel chairs and coldplay on hoverboards...
  2. 'Look Chris! we've made your dreams come true!' ooh...8 days till Viva La Vida!
  3. Japanese art installations!?! wowowow yeah, definitely let me know when you put your collection up online, i'd love to have a gander :D haha don't give me ideas, i'll be dressing up as a geisha for the coldplay gig :P maybe it'll get me backstage, if i actually pretend to be a lover from japan that coldplay flew in especially for the gig :D
  4. ooh wow, i forgo i posted this thread haha :D cheer everyone for saying hello :) i'm getting used to this whole forum malarkey it's very distracting O.o
  5. cheeky bugger :P well, being short has its advantages...i'm 19 and still get half fare on the bus :D
  6. nahh...it's just spraypaint fumes
  7. yeah i agree, it's nowhere near the same it takes the fun out of things, being confined to a square foot of floor, with a seat. :/ urg, i'll be so tempted to throw it out of the way... but i'm guessing we're seated for a particular reason maybe they'll fly over us on hoverboards  ahh a girl can live in hope...
  8. congratulations! :D i haven't heard anything about Brixton yet :( i'll wait till thursday *crosses fingers*
  9. i'm 5 ft 3 :D i'm also quite slim, so i'm really small. most people tower over me :( yuss smuggle me down! :D security won't notice, they'll just think i'm a child  nope i haven't got a connection with Japan, i'm just obsessed with the way geishas look at the moment haha. I really want to dress up as one. I blame my artistic tendencies. I tend to want to do strange things, being an art student :D but i'd really like to go to Japan, it seems like such a wonderful place.
  10. voodoo_geisha replied to cleeson7's topic in Coldplay
Warning Sign Shiver AROBTTH Spies Everything's Not Lost The Scientist In My Place What If Talk Square One Fix You then a load of new ones :) i'm not too bothered about Yellow
  11. haha yeah i'm bored of complaining now i got tickets for the original price, i'm happy :) at least we're not paying £300 odd quid for a seating ticket and i'll stand anyway.
  12. everyone's so close to each other :stunned: haha i have a plan to get myself further down though last time i was seated for a gig nobody bothered to check my ticket when i went through the doors to the actual arena, it was checked at the ticket barriers, so i could wander about anywhere i like if the same thing happens again :D plus i'm small, i can sneak my way down.
  13. ever heard of freedom of speech? don't get me wrong, i'm ecstatic that i'm going to see coldplay, but i was shocked to see there was no standing. They're one of the biggest bands in Britain, they should be allowing as many fans to see them as possible. An ALL SEATED gig means less fans can get tickets, so people miss out. but in a way you're right, we'll all have to put up with it. it's up to us to make the decision whether we sit or we stand. We've paid for a ticket, so i think we should be able to do what we want with our 'seat' anyway, we should all be glad that we're going...we're forgetting about COLDPLAY! at the end of the day they're more important :)
  14. there's a petition that's been started up: http://www.gopetition.co.uk/online/19667.html
  15. same :) i live so close to sheffield i'd be stupid not to go :D this thread is abit quiet compared to the other ones O.o
  16. aww yes please! :D the dizzy heights of block 414 row Q doesn't seem so appealing on my own :( i could climb my way down to the first tier
  17. i agree that's exactly why i'm rebelling and standing :D i don't care if it's selfish, or 'wrong' or not complying to this stupid 'sitting' rule. £42 for a 'sitting' ticket!? pfft it's my £42 quid, i'll do what i want in my 'space'
  18. yeah we get told on the 5th :D i've shelled out over £90 for gig tickets, and even though it's seating, i don't intend to sit :)
  19. :D all the hardcore fans should have the floor space all the casuals should be in the tiers so they can sit and nod off when they don't know the songs
  20. if everyone does that, then security won't be able to stop us :D although they could cancel the gig...:stunned: but it'd let everyone know we don't want to 'sit' through a gig
  21. haha i had that when muse played wembley! every piano song they played, the people behind me said 'is this 'Feeling Good'?' :| if i get stuck with someone like that when i see coldplay i'll have them removed :laugh3: i'm not having them compromise my night.
  22. anyone in block 414? i'm going alone, i need company!
