The BIG Arcade Tournament In the meeting we discussed how we thought the Arcade section of the forum should be incorperated more into the life of Coldplaying and that is why we are going to make a HUGE Arcade tournament, more info will be revealed at the next meeting where we will discuss what games to have in the tournament! More Promotion On Coldplaying! We discussed the decline of popularity for annual events on Coldplaying so we are fighting for more promotion on Coldplaying for events, so little 'notices' in your signature at the time of these events would be good to promote the events, as they say, every little helps! ;) The Next Meeting: Our next meeting will take place on 17TH JANUARY 2009 at 18:00GMT and will end at 20:00GMT. It will take place in The Coldplaying Committee thread and is open to everyone! Design Us A Logo! We thought that we need a logo for the Committee so we are holding a competition to create us a logo!, The deadline for logo's is 23.59GMT on 13th January and a poll will start on 14th January to decide which one will win, the poll will close at 12:00GMT on 17th January and the winner will be formally announced at our meeting at 18:00GMT on 17th January.
