Although not nearly as many of people as I would of hope attented the meeting yesterday, what we did have went well, and here's just a summary of what happened. 1) We talked about the Postcards from far Away project, we agreed that it was really fun and should be just a one-off and something to remember! 2) We talked about the Mystery games and generally agreed we would like to see them back but differently 3) We talked about the declining popularity of Coldplaying's already annual events and tried to see how we could promote them more, we said that when the awards, alias days etc. comes around we should all try and promote more by putting notices in our sigs ;) 4) We started to talk about NEW Events and we all said that we would be up for a Arcade Tournament, which the committee will organise which will consist of many tournaments and lots of participants!, we will be hoping to arrange this! 5) We mentioned other events, someone said a Art competition to create a picture of Coldplaying, it's not a bad idea, so we shall see ;) And that was about it!, We will try to make as much as possible a reality and we hope that the next meeting will bring out more ideas and hope more people will attend, the next meeting will be sometime in january i'd say somewhere between the 10th and the 15th, so we will have to see, sooo.... Okay I now declare this meeting........CLOSED! I will be releasing a statement tomorrow just to say what we have acheived today and how we are going to make some of the things a reality!

yep!, so we will sort one out ;) Interesting, it's cool :rolleyes:, I have to go in a minute guys, alot of nice things have come up in this meeting, i would of liked alot more people here, and I am annoyed that most of the members didn't turn up :rolleyes:, but the committee will try and sort out all your requests and you will here from us soon and I will make sure that the next meeting will have much more people AND hopefully all the members ;), Thanks again to everyone who has come! :D

Sooo...what about new Events? A While back I was making a 'BIG Game tournament'which would incorperate the 'Arcade' section of the forum with this part to make it more popular and to have more fun! :D

...So, I guess we are, Now I think it's time to move onto the next topic... Coldplaying's Event's Calender Okay, Coldplaying isn't bad for annual events, we do have the alais days, Coldplaying awards and the christmas quiz but this year I think all have done bad... The alais 'weekend' this year only involved a small amount of people and wasn't as fun as I thought it would be, this was the first time I had done it, what could we do to make it better? or is it worth scrapping? The coldplaying awards apparently had a small turn out with only about 50 coldplayers voting :(, What can we do to make these better? WE CAN NOT SCRAP THEM! :laugh3: And the christmas quiz, well not many people seem to have posted in the thread and not too many have viewed it, so it doesn't seem too popular :(, What could we do for that.... AND FINALLY.... NEW EVENTS!, What new events would be good?

But generally guys, would you like to see it come back if we can make it better, maybe adding some rules? The committee can discuss this ;)

yep!, I agree and that would have to be down to whoever is mystery first!, I Don't know how we could decide who goes first because it's gotta be a secret.... :thinking:

No worries ;), Okay, The second topic... The Mystery Games! They were a BIG part of the lounge in the summer, with 9 FANTASTIC, I was lucky, aswell as Ravrat and 2732, to be a 'Mystery', they were fun games where we would create a account called Mystery 1, 2, 3 etc., and we would give clues and someone would have to guess who we were, they WERE AMAZING FUN, they were invented by Nick (2732, One of our members), they seemed to shrivel out as they were too frequent, I would LOVE to see them back, but would YOU?
