I'm pretty laid back, unless I'm on a tennis court. I tend to yell "F***!S***!ASS!" whenever I lose a point. Tennis does bad things to me. :D Once I was losing a match badly, and I was really pissed off. So on a changeover, I started beating myself in the forehead with the strings of my racquet as hard as I could, and that went on for about 5 minutes. When I got done, I was bleeding pretty badly from my forehead. I had gashes on it for a few days, but mostly I was fine. But it felt gooooood, lol. Basically, I did exactly what this guy did, except for an extended period of time, and with the same result:
