I just went to 2 Coldplay concert's this week .. Solo, you'll have a great time still [depending on the type of personality u have] :)

Do keep in mind that what you saw [staging equipment etc.] at MSG may not be apart of the actual tour that starts in 2 weeks ...

Now, I'm not trying to pull the band's [Coldplay] card, or anything but, I just would like to enlighten most on, where their concert set designer's, "inspiration" probably came from for their MSG show with those circular, color changing, and video effecting objects otherwise known to most as "Magic Balls". Believe it or not, this element was first seen in the early spring of 2008 (April 16th to be exact) in Seattle, WA by none other than KANYE WEST. Kicking off his critically acclaimed "Glow in the Dark" Tour, was an experience most [fans] revisited over and over due to the stage dynamics, complementary to the special arrangement of his hit songs, into a story-line that could've never been imagined for a Hip-Hop artist. During his performance of the song "Flashing Lights", A group of "Magic Balls" (similar to the ones seen at the 6/23 MSG Show Coldplay held), elevates down to the stage, flashing different colors etc. the only difference is that Coldplay use the objects, as a titantron and also use video effects during their tour. I just wanted to point this out because a lot of fans [Coldplay fans] bash hip-hop artist's especially Kanye, claiming he has lack for individuality based on the music sampling for his beats and, his constant award show tirades. I went to Rihanna's show last friday and it was hosted by the "Today" show ... So I guess I have a pretty clear understanding of the show's run-down. I also know some peepz at NBC.

I highly doubt it ... I'm sorry it isn't really a "Concert" More like a promotion ... But, knowing Coldplay ... They def. put there fans first so who know's if we can start a chant up like "One more song" etc. Maybe they can deliver since they played us [most fans] at the MSG on Monday ... LOL

For those inquiring minds ... They [Coldplay] will be REHEARSING at 7am ... So as we are walking in around 6:30 am ... There is a likelihood that you will see what goes down during a Coldplay rehearsal ... Then ... At around I'd say 8:00 they will come on stage again to do one more "Dry-Run" before the actual live recording of the performances at 8:30 am ... NBC "Today" show host's will announce the official performance at 8:30am The band will perform 1 out of 3 songs ... Then there will be a commercial break ... Then after they will perform another song ... Followed by a brief interview from Matt Laurer ... A last song for the audience and there's your show ... Have a Good Morning !!! It will feel very surreal for some fans, For others, they might begin to get alittle uneasy, standing for so long LOL.
