  1. analysis In My Place: A major I-V6-iii-V-I-vi-iii-V7 IV-IV-I-V (V6 means five in first inversion not V with an added 6th) "what if" is also in A major the vi-I-ii with I pedal-viiº-ii x2 ii-V7 vi-ii-V7 then the chorus is ii-vi-Iadd6-Vadd6 the chorus changes at the end to: IV of IV - IV - V - V

  3. speed of sound I am disappointed. Sounds pretty lame to me. Where are the background vocals? Why does Chris Martin sound like he has a cold? I always liked the verse better than the chorus in the bootleg but this doesn't fix that.
  4. solid ground I have a feeling SOLID GROUND will be there. At least the verse. Maybe not the chorus. It would be shame if it wasn't. Is anyone else a bit disappointed in the new songs in general? Especially white shadows?

    of course it is of course it is the one by the yeah yeah yeahs. that song is very coldplay-esque in the way that the guitar parts are layered, reverbed, delayed, etc.. and the chord progression and the lyrics even and if you REALLY wanted to, you could say the melody is similar to "see you soon" and that song was big in the US and UK Does anyone have the troubadour show bootlegged?
