I'm on my parents' computer; I can't upload it 'til I get home on Thursday. :\ When I told my mom about this thread and about the comment to "CLING TO THE MAST" she insisted that I do it, hehe. I love how accepting she is of my addiction. I think it reminds her of when she was my age and was in love with the Beatles. ;)

What are YOU talking about? At the lake a few random Coldplay things happened. On Sunday I woke up in the sailboat and came up to the camper to find out I had JUST missed VLV on Sirius radio. I guess I sensed it playing and it stirred me from my floating bedroom. Yes, I got a photo of me clinging to the mast. :) On Monday night I was playing with my friend's little girl who is 3--we were playing with those wooden letter blocks. She helped me find the D so I could spell "Coldplay." Then we went down to the dock and let dragonflies land on us! I saw some really cool bugs. ... not Coldplay related, but who doesn't like cool bugs? I got a sunburn and it left white lines where my MWLIB bangles are. Weeeee that's all. I'm exhausted!

OMG I got the worst sunburn at the lake and it left white bracelet lines! :o Do I win for first bracelet tan? ;)

I left the quiz up in case anyone still wanted to play. I'll leave it up as long as I have the space and bandwidth. :) I'm actually here!!! I just JUST got home from my vacation-within-a-vacation and was very surprised to see this thread not only on page 1 but at the top! :o (To those of you who knew I was going to be sleeping in a sailboat, yes I got a photo of myself "clinging to the mast" but I won't be able to upload it until I'm home-home.) A new quiz--I can do that! A shirt would be a great prize. I ebay'ed a copy of Left Right Left Right Left for the next game but maybe I can give that away some other way. :) I'm moving at the end of the month so I might be busy but I'll see about doing another even-harder quiz for August sometime. :D

Hehe! Here's my last random coldplay thought for a few days... I've always associated CP with the color blue for some reason, and yet they have a song for just about every color BUT blue... Yellow Green Eyes Violet Hill White Shadows um... The Goldrush? All right, I'm off to go pack. Have a great weekend, everyone! :D

You have good taste, HappyPickle. ;) So I'm home visiting my parents (my dad lent me his laptop! :D) and my mom and I went through Barnes & Noble yesterday. She bought a couple books and while checking out she gestured towards the CD section and said "Want to see if they have any Coldplay you don't have?" Still not sure if she was being sarcastic or just helpful. ;) But I chuckled.

My 'book' doesn't mention Coldplay outright, but I've hidden as many song titles as I possibly could right in the text. ;) I even go so far as to have a character feel "a rush of blood to the head," and just randomly have a character who is from Amsterdam. edit: also, there's a character named GreenEyes. :)

I had to wait for them to fill my Rx at the drugstore (seriously, why does it take 15 minutes for them to fill a prescription?) so I was hanging out in the toy section and I wrote "COLDPLAY ROCKS" in blocky letters on the Etch-A-Sketch. :) I leave for my parents' tomorrow! You won't see me 'til the 9th! So happy 4th of July to everyone! :D edit: er... to my fellow Americans anyway. Happy Canada Day to you Canucks, and happy ... Most of the DVDs I have (such as the X&Y tour DVDs) have official music videos. The Talk DVD also has a (very short) making-of video showing how they filmed the Talk video. :) I still need the Rush of Blood era DVDs but they are hard to come by. :\

:o I've never seen those colors (the ones in the middle)--where did you buy them? That's an impressive collection of stuff! :D

Can I post my collection again? I know I did the other day but... I wish I would have waited just one more day to take the photo because yesterday my X&Y South East Asia Tour Edition DVD came. It remains the only thing in my collection still sealed in original plastic... so should i open it? :D Okay people, post your collections. Combined, you might just beat me! ;) :p Bwa ha ha ha
