They said approx. 8.45 pm ... Just had news from Gya/Marina. She had no luck. Hardly any fans around. Maybe she will try to get inside by pretending to take part at the location bet (this guy running of his hand and feet).

I am sooo very glad that CP will perform at around 8.45 pm so I don't need to sit through this whole programm ... :rolleyes: But I am really excited somehow ... maybe because it's live?! :)

I really hope so myself. I don't have a digital recorder :( Gya (= Marina) is currently in Offenburg (where this live show takes place) and she's been to the airport Lahr but no sight of any private Coldplay jet nor any other striking thing. When she last texted me, she was about to go to the venue ... Haven't heard back from her for around one hour .. :confused:

Okay only 55 minutes until the show starts and then another 25 minutes or so until CP will be on stage *gets excited* :cool:

Ich singe eigentlich auch immer, sehr zum Leidwesen meiner Kollegen, die mit mir ein Büro teilen müssen :laugh3: ON In der Dusche singt jeder, weil es tatsächlich erwiesen ist, dass dort die Akkustik so gut ist, dass sich selbst 'schräge' Stimmen relativ gut anhören :) OFF Und Duschen oder Baden mit Gesang ist einfach viel angenehmer :)

Blockflöte und Gitarre kann ich auch noch. Gitarre habe ich aber schon ewig nicht mehr gespielt, würde wahrscheinlich völlig abloosen. Mit der Blockflöte habe ich im Alter von 6 Jahren angefangen, das ist wie Fahrradfahren, das verlernt man nicht mehr ;) Und 'ne gute Singstimme habe ich (denke ich zumindest) auch :) Reicht zwar nicht für Tötensen, aber ist ganz okay. ;) Am besten klingt meine Stimme jedenfalls immer im Badezimmer unter der Dusche ;)

So gering ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit gar nicht, denke ich ... Erinner' Dich doch nur mal daran, dass am 29.01. und 30.01. diverse Accoustic Auftritte von Chris bei diversen Radiosendern in London sind. Vielleicht solltest Du dorthin fahren (unter anderem). Und das sagt ja schonmal aus, dass sie/er in London sind/ist. Ist doch 'ne nette Ausgangsvoraussetzung ;)

Ich habe auch nicht viel Hoffnung. Hatte ja glaube ich im 'Wetten, dass ...?!' Thread schon geschrieben, dass da sicherlich so viel Security ist wg. Tom Cruise und eventueller Gegner seiner Sekte ... :rolleyes: Und ich tippe auch einfach mal darauf, dass viele Gäste einfach nur zusagen, wenn ihnen ein gewisses Mass an Sicherheit bzw. Unbehelligkeit zugesichert wird ;) Ist halt immer so ... :( Ich bin ja auch schon viel unterwegs gewesen wg. 'Star-Chasing' usw. und man kriegt halt viel mit. Manchmal ist es halt doch etwas übertrieben ... Und was den frühen Auftritt angeht, da bin ich 100 Pro von überzeugt, dass die hinterher gleich wieder abfliegen und von daher so früh auftreten wg. ggf. Nachtflugverbot usw.

Ich hatte Marina auch geschrieben, dass ich mir nicht vorstellen könne, dass für einen solchen Auftritt alle Stars 2 komplette Tage ihres manchmal doch recht vollen Terminkalenders opfern ... :\ Sie war aber wohl in Basel und dort wären die Proben für die Musik Acts wohl am Freitag gewesen :confused: Boah ... das wäre sooo genial, wenn sie Glück hätte :) Vielleicht sollte ich Marina mal simsen, dass sie, wenn sie sie trifft, Chris ihr Handy in die Hand drückt, damit er bei mir anruft :laugh3: Hmmm ... welch' abgespackter Gedanke :wink3: :sneaky:

Cool, danke! :) Ich bin zwar auch 'ne Sorte von 'No Lifer' und hänge hier viel zu viel rum, aber man hat ja meistens doch nicht alle Threads/Themen im Blick und somit verpasst man vielleicht schon mal Sachen, die wichtig wären ... ;) Von daher ... Ich hoffe einfach mal für Marina, dass da heute was passiert. Vielleicht waren die gestern ja noch nicht mit Proben dran, sondern erst heute im Laufe des Tages ... :\ Naja ...

Ich habe mal 'ne Bitte: Viele von Euch werden ja heute hier im Forum rumhängen, um die Zeit bis zum 'Wetten, dass ...!?' Auftritt (oder danach) totzuschlagen. Marina/Gya wird wohl heute wieder nach Offenburg fahren und versuchen, irgendwas zu erreichen. Sie wird mich per SMS auf dem Laufenden halten und ich werde ihre Updates (wenn es welche gibt) hier im Forum posten. Sie würde aber natürlich auch gerne von hier Updates haben, falls sich kurzfristig was entwickelt usw. Sie ist auch daran interessiert, wo die Saalwette stattfindet, damit sie dort ggf. noch hin kann, sollte absolut nix anderes passieren. Und da kommt ihr ins Spiel. Solltet ihr also zufälligerweise über etwas stolpern, was Marina weiterhelfen kann, dann bitte 'ne PM an mich und ich simse es dann weiter. Gestern hatte sie ja leider kein Glück und war reichlich frustriert ... Vielleicht kann man ihr heute ein bisschen helfen?! Danke!

@ Marco ... :laugh3: This is getting kind of spooky. Btw., yesterday the video premiered at MTV Germany and was shown at 'Brand Neu' a programme where only new videos are played. The VJ, Markus Kavka, is honestly the only decent one working for MTV Germany (all the others are crap and don't have a clue ...). So he's announcing that the video will follow up and he's full of praisals and is even saying that he wouldn't be surprised if this video will be the video of the year 2009!!! WOW!!! I was impressed and also really chuffed to hear that from his mouth :) He also said that he's looking forward to the stadium shows in Germany now and is waiting for some Evil Knevils and a helicopter to take them away ... :laugh3: Sorry, this is a bit random but I thought I would share it :)

:laugh3: I can see that you are already an expert ... ;) We've never had 'Wetten, dass ...!?' up here :( And even if we had, I reckon' it would then be the show with the most boring acts ever ... just my luck!! :( But I've been lucky on other occasions then, so I don't wanna moan ;)

I could imagine that the rehearsals are mainly for the different bets. :\ And that the real 'stars' only show up tomorrow. Maybe CP will be doing their soundcheck tomorrow afternoon?! Otherwise it would be a real time consuming event, if every single celebrity had to be there for two whole days ... But since I've never been there to chase any celebs, I don't know ... :(

I can understand it. It's so depressing/frustrating if there's nothing going on which gives you at least something to speculate over ... Did you go on your own or did you have a friend with you? Where there other people waiting as well?
