The Acer tickets actually said 'video recording prohibited' and at the 12 march gig we had to turn out our pockets onto a table before entering. I took out my digicam and spare battery from my front jeans pocket which they were happy with. ..and thankYOU littleedge, just noticed your 2 berlin vids, amazing, great sound quality, nice, i rated them 5 stars naturally. hey I WAS AT BERLIN TOO !! took a load of vids then as well [though a few came out with bass distortion although the visual was good. sydney i manged to eliminate any sound distortion. omg you were so close to the stage in berlin! thought berlin was ace but sydney [thursday] was even better.

i've looked at it, and to be fair, the audio is average and the video is terrible. i have vid'd all the songs from the thurs gig, except for 4, and all are quality audio and 17 are in High Definition. sounds like i'm blowing a trumpet but in fact i only want to share the good stuff round. well, IF that's him in the front row, you get a good view of him in my high definition vid of In My Place, from 2:00-2:30mins. i got politik [awesome song]; but i took a rest during cemeteries of london, violet hill, death and all his friends and strawberry swing. i regret not videoing strawberry swing- great song-but i got quite a good vid of it in berlin in sept, it's up on my youtube channel [also my forum ID photo on the left of this comment is from my vid]. i used to regret not taking a camera to a gig, then not videoing the full song, then not enough songs, now i regret not getting all the songs! :angry: lol, actually i'm pretty happy, security was pretty tight at Acer Arena, you had to empty your pockets and they even printed on the tkt that videoing was not permitted :D here's the link to the sydney playlist>>http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=AC24C9D40DF52201

I got about 18 songs on video [nearly all of them in High Definition if you have a fast connection] i'm posting them up slowly [most are 300-400MB files and take a couple of hrs for me to upload]. i'll collect them all on a playlist on my youtube channel soon. hahaha that is some awesome camera, nice work! i think it is everyones duty to take in a camera of some sort and get some shots or footage to put online for memories and also for those who couldnt be there [most gigs sell out]. i always take a small digital cam and record a few tracks. some come out good, some don't, but we're documenting history.. it's our duty! if a security guard tries to stop you just argue like mad, and hopefully the rest of the crowd will tell him to back off & go away. see some of these >> http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=39157EBDB07DD29A

Usually general admission means standing on the floor in front of stage [in the middle of the arena], and the seating areas rise up behind you and on each side of you. Some venues have a barrier in the middle of the floor standing section [to limit any crush from people at the back pressing forward], i.e. they make a front floor section and back floor section. When GA tkts go on sale they sell/fill the front floor first, then the back floor. At Berlin they had a huge video screen behind the stage and during the second half of the gig they showed live shots from 4 TV cameras/camera men who were suspended from the ceiling up near the lights.
