What's that?? I don't know Kimchi, have got no idea if it's something alike. Edit: so I Googled that, and it's not the same.. Kimchi is made out of chili peppers and other vegetables. Sauerkraut is white cabbage that has been made sour with salt and other stuff. You could check wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauerkraut Oh and btw, I'm back ;)
