2009: European Festival/Stadium Tour

This morning there was a commercial running on Dutch TV about the album, saying that Coldplay will play Goffertpark on 10 September 2009. Didn't saw it myself, but at least two more people I spoke to, saw it on TV. The commercial said also that there will be more information on LiveNation.nl, though nothing is confirmed by LiveNation. I think it'll come very soon..

In Denmark this summer... Coldplay are set to headline this summer's Roskilde Festival in Denmark, it's been announced. The performance will mark the first time the band have played at the festival since 2003. Belgium's EEN-website (national broadcasting service) confirmed that British Band Coldplay will headline Rock Werchter on the third of July this year. The group only reserves one weekend for festivals, one of which being Rock Werchter. In the last week I made a diary about my concert travel. I would like to share with you and sorry for the bad translation... Day 1, 25/08/2009 9:30am Brandenburg: We drive to the station. I put my children in the train to Munich - they will spend the next few days with my parents. Now I'm waiting for my train to take me closer to my goal of Hanover. I was sure I read somewhere that they said they were going to play longer shows for the stadium tour and add some new songs. Am I wrong or did anybody else expect this as well. Songs like Trouble, Square one, What if, White Shadows, Rainy day, chineese sleep chant. or maybe play talk the full version and use sleep chant instead on the b-stage. I am not attending any of these shows but I guess I would like to see them change it up a little bit.
