For the record, I understand what you are trying to say. BUT...there are a few things that are pissing me off so much about this thread. I can't believe that some of you actually have the stupidity to call this constructive criticism. Explain that to me. How is bitching about where Coldplay has failed going to help them? They will never see this thread. And how do you know who Chris idolizes? Are you in his head? I think not. I could keep going on, but I don't have the energy to stay here. Instead I'll leave you with this thought. How about, instead of sitting here whining, you take action? This thread is so fucking useless and many people here are downright rude and disrespectful. Violent Waters Chapter 12

^^ n00bs are bad on any site...I agree. And I also agree about Viva La Vida. It's definitely not their best song. But if someone discovered Coldplay through it, then I say...who cares?

Are we allowed to like Viva La Vida? Or does liking it make us not a real Coldplay fan?

Okay then.

Well, I first started being interested in Coldplay during the X&Y era (I was pretty young). Then, I bought Viva La Vida the first day it was released and I was really blown away. Then I saw them in concert, and I fell head over heels in love. And then, after buying the other two albums, I knew that we were meant to be together forever. Now, A Rush of Blood to the Head is my favorite album, but I still love and appreciate all of them. Am I a good enough fan for the forum?
