  1. Confirmed support as Lianne La Havas (all dates), Alessia Cara (4th, 5th, 7th, 15th & 16th only) & Reef (18th & 19th only)
  2. Looking at the Ticketmaster page, reserved seating ranges from £49.50 to £93.50 and GA inc unreserved lower tier seating is £71.50 This includes booking fee but not not a delivery fee - there is a disclaimer on there though that prices are subject to change so may vary? http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/coldplay-standing-level-1-manchester-04-06-2016/event/1F004F77A9FA8950?artistid=806431&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=60 http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/coldplay-reserved-seats-manchester-04-06-2016/event/1F004F77A9F98945?artistid=806431&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=60
  3. The good seats nearer the stage will go pretty quickly but we were there as the gates opened at Wembley and no issue getting good seats. Wembley possibly has more seats on the lower tier though. I would say there's no need to queue for hours but be there for when the gates open - or slightly before, and you'll be fine.
  4. You'll be able to sit anywhere in the lower tier (as well as standing). Don't worry about taking anyone elses seat as there will be none reserved there. Only the 2nd and 3rd tiers have seats allocated. Also, just a minor thing but the signed programmes were £25 - or at least they were when I got mine. I'm sure they'll be available on Friday too, I can't see them not wanting to maximise sales.
  5. I'm pretty sure the stage will be on the right hand side as you look at the stadium plan (in front of blocks 21-28 lower tier). I'm only guessing that as initially it gave me seats in block B53 in the middle tier which is behind one of the goals at the other end - unless they are using a 360 degree stage?
  6. I'm not 100% sure bit since there was no where to buy lower tier seats I'm assuming that the general admission tickets cover the lower tier seats as well. Thats how it has worked any pretty much all stadium shows for a variety of gigs I've been to, not just at Wembley. I guess we'll find out on Friday when the rest of the tickets go on sale. If there's still no lower tiered seats then it must be unreserved. I can't stand for that long so prefer to have seated tickets and due to the fact I'm not sure what time I'll be able to get to the stadium on the Friday I managed to get 2nd row in t
  7. The track was on X & Y and was the first dance at our wedding. Beautiful song - I presume this is what you are talking about.
  8. The roof will be open as it doesn't actually close. The only bits that 'slide' are the very end parts of the roof that are normally covered over to protect the seats. Strange that they should spend so much money on a stadium and not design the roof to close. But I'm not a designer ! :)
  9. There is a concert guide on the Lancs CCC website here - http://www.lancsccc.co.uk/index.php?p=news&id=3173 Times for all acts are Support Act 1: White Lies 17:50pm Support Act 2: Jay-Z 18:50pm Main Act: Coldplay 20:30pm Curfew 22:30pm Hope this helps people out.
  10. For anyone interested - there is a webcam set up inside the cricket ground. Link here - http://www.lccc.co.uk/weatherstation/ Currently laying the flooring at the moment but the stage should be going up tomorrow I guess. And for those not going it is on 24 hours so will show whats going on on Saturday - no sound unfortunatly. Sorry if this has been posted before but can't find it.
  11. Do we know if there is going to be a golden circle? Not seen one mentioned anywhere - not to say there isn't one though.
  12. Yeah, unreserved seats are in the lower tier which are covered in the standing tickets. I guess the view from them will be better than the reserved seating but never been to Wembley since it was rebuilt so can't really comment. Since we were in london anyway for the Saturday we've got tickets for the Friday too but gone for seating as we're not sure what time we could get there and not sure if there would be any decent seats left in the lower tier. I can't stand for all that time anymore  so need to sit and rest the legs! We'll be in block 511 which doesn't look too bad.
  13. Don't worry about seat numbers on GA tickets. Its just Ticketmasters system - basically so they know how how many have been sold I believe. Even the seating tickets don't have the correct seat numbers on yet, only the block is allocated and row/seat numbers to come. Really don't know why they can't supply them now - its not as if they don't know what seats are there. :shocked2:
  14. The cut in VAT would be the reasoning I think. Last Friday the cut hadn't come into force. Hardly a great amount but every penny counts.
