  4. One day we had a tin of beetroot on our back bench in the kitchen and I went to turn it the right way up, but I didn't realise that it had been opened. Well there was beetroot on the floor, on the bench and in the cutlery drawer.
  5. Here's a list of the things I don't like. Cucumber Gherkin Pineapple Paua (a New Zealand shellfish) Venison Kiwifruit Cherries Olives Radishes Liver Onion Baby Corn Broad beans Tomatoes Tamarillos
  6. Some of our cities have nicknames.
  7. Some people do and some people don't.
  8. I have been to Rangitoto Island, but not yet to Waiheke Island. I want to visit Waiheke Island one day. But yes I would recommend them. I have decided that the next time I stay overnight in Auckland, I will go up the Sky Tower at night as it will be cool to look down on the city lights.
  9. Auckland has got some neat attractions such as Kelly Tarlton's Underwater World, Rainbow's End theme park, the zoo the museum,, Sky City Casino, Sky Tower and the Harbour Bridge. There used to be the Footrot Flats theme park but it closed down. Auckland City has some neat shopping areas especially Queen Street. Auckland's activities include bungy jumping from the top of the Sky Tower, the Sky Walk round the top of the outside of the Sky Tower and the Harbour Bridge climb. Also there are ferry trips to and from Rangitoto Island and Waiheke Island.
  10. Skip Q. Romania. (Is that a country)?
  11. I'm not to familiar with Auckland sorry as I don't live there, but I think you'll find a flat at some stage. I have been to Auckland a few times and one day I plan to move up there. The weather is quite good at times and yes it is easy to get cars here.
  12. Gosh it won't hurt you to be nice to people. And I don't think there's any need to have that rude line underneath your post. I'm just not a fan of gherkin. I never have been and never will be.
  13. Shame Waiheke Island, Bluff and Kaitaia aren't featured in the two clips I found on Youtube.
  14. Dumplings.
  15. I'll always want to live here.
  16. Yes New Zealand is a beautiful country and I'm proud that I live here.
  17. We do have a native spider which is known as the katipo. We also have a native cricket which is known as the weta.
  18. Oh yes they are good. I've tried the Fudge Brownie and another one, but I haven't yet tried the Boysenberry Shortcake.
