Errr. I was the one who brought up the nailing to the cross both times. >_> My apologies. SPEAKING OF CRUCIFIXION. I think we should plan a pre-gig meetup.

I'll be leaving around 7A.M. :D It's like a thirty minute drive. I'm really not worried about where I'm going to be in the pit, but I want to get there early, just for shits and giggles.

Requiem for a Dream
Requiem For A Dream is one of those movies that is as good as the book. Maybe even better. The music is excellent, the acting is brilliant, and the cinematography is beyond belief. I had read the book before I saw the film, and I was blown away when I saw the film. The last twenty minutes of the minutes is like the most intense shit, ever.

Important Things With Demetri Martin.
Now I don't know how many of the people in here know about this guy, or this show. It's a new show on Comedy Central. It's on at Wednesdays @ 10:30PM EST. Demetri is probably my favourite comedian at the moment, and the show is fucking excellent. I had seen quite a few of his stand-up shows before and when I found out he had his own show coming up, I was so fucking psyched. And I wasn't disappointed. This guy is as smart as he is funny. The show is a combination of Stand-up and sketch comedy, which at first I thought wouldn't work very well, but he does it brilliantly. He's known for his extremely weird wit and unusual cleverness: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urF-foKC4qQ]YouTube - Demetri Martin: Me vs You[/ame] I highly recommend his Stand-up special called Person. It's fucking brilliant. :D I am, by no means affiliated with Demetri Martin or his TV Show in any way. >_<

Radiohead Are Poor
Because Radiohead is not the only band I listen to. In fact, Coldplay would probably be in my Top 6 bands. I don't think you realize how stupid that statement sounds. You start off by saying something that sounds like a fact, but add "It's just an opinion" at the end. Fuck yes!

Radiohead Are Poor
My point wasn't if they're good or bad. >_< My point was not to judge an artist or band's music based on how many CDs they've sold, how much money they've made, or how many grammys they've won. Have you ever actually listened to the words of the meowing cat? Radiohead's lyrics are, IMO, Radiohead's strongest point.

Radiohead Are Poor
Okay? Wrong. Thom Yorke's favourite band is Pixies and he considers them the greatest band of all time. Listen to Paranoid Android, and say that again. ;o Radiohead's music is not just music. It's an expression. It's art. Now we all love Coldplay, but we have to be honest, a lot of their songs use the same chord progressions, etc. Radiohead has implemented new things into each of their albums, and they've always done it brilliantly. There's a reason they're classified as "Art Rock." You're absolutely right. Maybe that's why Chris Martin uses the same guitar as Thom Yorke and is made fun of for trying sound too much like him. And Thom Yorke's voice is unique, and fits perfectly into the environment of Radiohead's music. I can't imagine anyone else singing those songs better than he does. I just think it's fucking awesome that you went through the trouble find all those figures. If we're talking about money made, albums sold, awards won, 50 cent is the best artist in the world at the moment. Dude got nominated for like 12 grammys. Radiohead got one nomination and didn't win. All album sales tell about a band are if they have a good marketing campaign. Radiohead released In Rainbows on the internet, and users had to decide how much they want to pay for the album. Coldplay, on the other hand, released a Lost! EP with like five different versions of one song, one of which, if I may add, is a terrible fucking remix with Jay-Z. Get the fuck out of my sight. ;o

My rhymes are so potent that in this small segment, I made all of the ladies in the area pregnant. Yeah sometimes my lyrics are sexist, but you lovely bitches and hoes should know I'm trying to correct this. :stunned:

Haha, WRONG. I listen to Alternative/Progressive/Indie rock mostly. I can't stand hip hop/rap, now that you mention it. My username, Hiphopopotamus, is from Flight Of The Conchords (The comedy duo), and speaking of which, I have just bought tickets to their show at Massey Hall. :D You know... They call me the Hiphopopotamus, flows that flow like phosphorus. Poppin' off the top of this esophagus, Rockin' this metropolis. I'm not a large water-dwelling mammal, where did you get that preposterous hypothesis? Did Steve that you that, per chance? What kind of rapping name is Steve?

Thin nails make it harder to escape, mainly because it's more painful. CLEARLY, I know more about the art of crucifixion. ;o I think we should nail him to the cross and put him up on stage at the day of the gig. Yesyesyes?!

I'll have them by next friday. I'm meeting up with the bloke on the night I'm seeing Bloc Party, so that's convenient. >_< And they're hard tickets, and if he shows up with "Print at home" tickets, I'll tell him to fuck off. ;o The only thing I have to worry about now is getting raped. I'll have to take with me six of my biggest friends.
